First time buyer from shared ownership. Gemma artus has been a literal angel. She has kept me up to date and talked everything through with me. She sourced me the best deal and answered all my stupid questions. Can’t thank her or evolve enough!!

A great Company to work with, very professional, polite and efficient. All members of staff are lovely, can’t do enough for you. When you ring to speak to someone the phone is answered straight away by a human and not put in a queuing system. I would definitely recommend use them.

Some caution when using a broker to put in place a mortgage provision. Whilst the general service was OK, the overall outcome was far from adequate. Given the recent fluctuation and my own personal circumstances, I asked my broker for a tracker rate mortgage to enable me to be as fluid as possible should interest rates change but was put forward to the provider on a 5-year fix with heavy redemption should I wish to change at a later date. I have complained but nothing can be done to change the ultimate outcome of what has been put in place.

I went through evolve as recommended by our developer, having never done this before as it was a first time buy, I can truly say they are the most helpful company I have ever dealt with. Lois guided us through the process so easily and has really just been incredible. I have found the process so stressful and exhausting due to the time taken for the property to be built and Lois made this aspect very stress free for me and answered all the questions (no matter how silly or how many) to put my mind at ease. I would 100% recommend to others & would most certainly use the services again. Thank you for everything, it’s been a long time coming & we are so glad to finally have the keys to our first home!

I used Matt services 4 years ago to buy one house, then 2 years ago to remortgage, 6 months ago to take a mortgage (successfully) but then the sale didn’t go through and today again to buy our new house.
