Where do I even start I can't thank James, Nicola and Lois for all the hard work they have put in I was highly recommended by my brother. James had bend over backwards for us and support us the whole way through. He has a strong passion in what he does and has helped us through start to finish.
Lois was amazing chasing up Solicitors and bank to push on through. Nicola help me find our home insurance which we were happy to do ourselves even then Nicola was willing to go through what we found. But then it all got very complicated and I went back to Nicola and said help me please and she sorted it and had my home insurance up and running in 30 minutes of getting of the phone.
These 3 members are a credit to the team and I really appreciate all the hard work you have all put in to make our first time buying a dream

In the past, I have applied for mortgages and remortgages directly with a lender, but I will use Evolve going forward due to their knowledge and expertise, access to a wide range of lenders and professional service. The company teams were at the top of our mortgage process from the start when the comapny was introduced to us by the developer when we have lost hope of getting a mortgage agreement in principles not to even talk of mortgage offer after several mortgage brokers has dashed out our hope of getting our desired home. The company teams like Teri surprisingly gave us the first good news while Siobhan,Zara ,Stuart and others took over by making sure the good work never stop.There communications and updates are execellent.They all did very amazingly beyond our imaginations. From day one Evolve were very helpful assisting me along the process of buying a new build house and sorting out the mortgage processes!

They are super responsive with queries over the phone or email! They were able to assist with queries regarding the mortgage, but also with all types of queries involving buying a house, which was very helpful as a first time buyer!

During my mortgage process my initial mortgage broker left the company, however another colleague at Evolve took the role in their stead very quickly and there was no issues at all! Evolve work together as a team and make sure you are all sorted!

Cannot recommend Evolve enough, James Dickens and his assistant Lois have been incredibly helpful throughout the mortgage application process. James immediately understood our position and the time pressure involved and was able to get a mortgage offer processed super quickly (even pushing it through whilst we was on holiday).
