Very efficient

Nagyon ajánlom, függetlenül, hogy nem Magyarországi üzlet, nagyon profin segítenek a kérdésekben, illetve azt tapasztaltam profi kereskedők! Nagy csillagot adok!

Super komunikácia a presné dodanie pri expresnim doručení.

fast arrival, good packaging

A first class experience fom start to finish. The whole process was very easy to follow & could not have been more impressed by the communication and delivery speed. Pricing was also very interesting and inviting. Throughly recommended Exclusive Pen.eu and will 100% be using again for future purchases. Thank you.

I received excellent service when I called about the delivery time and they shipped it the same day.
Very good, honest, and transparent company.

Angebot , Bestellung , Versand , VersandInformationen , Lieferung alles prima , bin sehr zufrieden

Duidelijke info, product netjes, keurige verzending. Jammer dat alles in een taal is die ik niet spreek/lees.

Nagyon kedves volt és meg tudtuk beszélni a problémát,sajnos túl nagy filofaxot kértem és tegnap vissza is küldtem.

Fast shipping and delivery, completely satisfied with my purchase.

I have been treated excellently by the team, with great communication and patience on their part!
I got my grail pen finally from them, probably the last one available on the open market!

I recommend their shop and services!

Thank you once again

I ordered a small notebook that was seemingly nowhere else in stock. The item itself was a bit pricey, but this was the same as on the lisitings that had no stock elsewhere. Shipping to Belgium was fairly priced.
I received a tracking number the next day, and by the end of the week my order arrived safely.

Rasche Lieferung alles perfekt

It's always a pleasure working with Andrej. This is my second time working with him, and I will keep him in my contacts as my go-to for future orders, as his products and service are high-quality and a good value.

First time purchaser from Exclusive Pen.eu. Have been wanting this Pen for some time now.
Andrej responded to my enquiries promptly and courteously.
At approx. Eur1500.00 my purchase wasn’t modest, and I live in NZ i.e. on the other side of the world.

Therefore, researched the business online and Trust Pilot rating was very strong at 4.7/5 stars, the business had physical premises, all other reviews were positive, and they had been in business since 2011. All really good signs.

Purchase process online was very easy, and shipment was confirmed within time frames advised.

Purchase was made late(ish) 14th August and shipment was made 19th August (weekend fell within that period). Shipment was made with DHL International. Estimated delivery date was 27th August at earliest to early September at the latest.
Shipment received on 25th August. Packaging was robust. Product and presentation materials were in brand new condition as described.

Very pleased with the purchase and based on this experience I couldn’t recommend EPU more highly. Definitely worth the 5-star rating. Would have no hesitation shopping with them again. Thanks Andrej!

I was skeptical, but everything went great! Product was perfect and as described.

Good prices, fast delivery
