Resposta da ExclusivePen.eu
Sehr geehrter Herr Knapik,

Dear Antonio.
First of all we would like to apologise for the delay of your order. 99 percent of of our orders are usually delivered within estimated delivery date.
However, ocassionally, even when we do our best, the delay of the delivery happens. Your package was on the way to you longer that was expected and we are sorry about this.
A few days ago our colleague has informed you that the package is still on its way to you, but assured you it will be delivered. Thats why we think calling our site a scam is unjustified and unjustly casts a bad light on us.
We have checked the status of your package and at the moment we can confirm that the package has been delivered to the pick up location today noon. Please feel free to pick it up anytime within the opening hours of the location.
Once the package is delivered to you, we will highly appreciate if you reconsider your rating of our store to truly reflect our service.
Thank you very much for understanding.

Aanpassen review vanwege mijn fout
Verkeerd besteld, retour gezonden tegen 20€. Had beter moeten kijken.
Per abuis negatieve review geplaatst. Excuus daarvoor.
Toch geen 5 sterren vanwege het retourbeleid.

Beste Johan.
Hartelijk dank.
