You placed your order just over 3 weeks ago (not 4 months). Our website clearly states there are delays in shipping to international destinations due to COVID. Your item was processed through a facility in UNITED KINGDOM on July 22, 2020 at 4:21 am. It should arrive in the next week

Delivery to U.K took longer than anticipated due to postal issues caused by COVID-19 but item was posted soon after order and the customer service that I received during the unavoidable delay was first-class. Would definitely recommend 👍👍

I'm from the UK and ordered a teeth whitening product from this company on 7th May. It's 3rd June and the product is still in the USA. Nobody has returned my emails asking for a refund. This company just take your money, leave you without your product and then ignore you. Avoid at all costs!

Almost 2 months!
I still have not received my order after almost 2 months. I have no update on my order and no response from enquiries I have made about it. I appreciate there are issues with COVID-19 but when I ask for an update I expect a reply. Poor.

The internal packaging was too small…
The internal packaging was too small for the contents of 20 professional teeth whitening syringe'. It had split and all were loose inside the envelope. The delivery tracking system failed at week 3 and they finally arrived after week 7. Given the Covid 19 I appreciate delays were inevitable. I would recommend improved packaging. It looked as if it had been tampered with.
