Avoid at all costs. Late. Rude. No interest in customer service.

Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it. On the way there, it took them over half an hour to collect the car, even though they knew we had a flight to catch. On the way back, they made us wait for an hour. When we asked the driver to at least pay for the parking ticket, he brushed us off quickly, saying they’d only called him 10 minutes earlier and that it wasn’t his job to pay for the ticket. Then he hurried off.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - not even worthy of one star - took one hour 10 mins for our car to be brought back to us - lie after lie that they were on their way to us when we kept calling them. Not ideal when you have had a 10 hour flight then a 4 hour drive home.
Emailed their complaints department on the 14th August still waiting for a reply also rang numerous times for them to explain why the lies ? Heard nothing .
Book through holiday extras instead the staff there were so helpful and cars appeared immediately when their customers arrived .

Do not trust this company! It took us 2.5 hours to get our car back. During this time we made multiple phone calls to them, they were vague and kept changing their story about why there was a delay. At one point they said they’d lost our keys. When we insisted they send a taxi to get us home and said we were involving the police they then miraculously found the keys and got the car to us in 10 mins. They refused to tell us where the car actually was during the whole fiasco. Bunch of cowboys.

❌DO NOT USE ❌ this parking company meet and greet what a joke they are using a sub company Easy Parking also Over 40 minutes on outbound to collect car and 1 hour 5 mins waiting. On return . Will take this further as miss selling meet and greet on false pretences

Avoid at all costs.
Arrived really late nearly missed our flight.
On arrival would not pick up from terminal 3 made us get on a train to go to terminal 5 or they said we wouldn’t get van back. We explained we had 2 disabled people and children but they didn’t care. Bam arrived back with clipped mirror. Caused us a lot of heartache and stress. Please avoid this cowboy company. Not a meet and greet at all. Also paid to get in and out with ticket. Terrible service and van left somewhere with tree sap all over it for 3 weeks. Lindsay

Huge wait time to pick up my car, despite following all of their instructions. Return was even worse, taking over an hour. When they returned my key, the AirTag was missing from it and is currently in somebody’s house 107 miles away. I have emailed their complaints email twice but not heard back. I have tried calling the number on website but the mobile is constantly switched off. Do not use this company! I even tried calling the pick up number but their English way so poor they could not really understand me.

Worst company ever, I had to wait for over 2 hours for my car. Don't book. Very rude. I was with my wife and my 4 years old son and we had to wait for over 2 hours, called more than 10 times.

Don't use this company, total rogue traders. Returned vehicle damaged and refused to fix it. If you must use them, then double check your vehicle for damages, especially if they delay return and return your vehicle at dusk or in the dark. If they try to return your vehicle outside of Crowne Plaza claiming airport parking is busy, then you should be doubly suspicious. Please pay more, and get the peace of mind that your car is safe. I learnt my lesson painfully, chasing for a discount of only £40, yet it will now cost me £700 in repairs. Please note they are not part of the British Airports Parking Association, so not held to the same standards e.g. ombudsman services.

AVOID!! Car was ransacked, centre console pulled put searching through our stuff. Our parking change wallet stolen! Took one hour to deliver our car and driver rude and hung up when I complained about the wait. will never use again!

Do not use this company. Took 45 mins to return the car after saying it would be with us within 30 mins of calling. Long time to wait before a long drive home late at night.

Don’t use this company. Booked and paid for but their phone number, which you are supposed to call on arrival, doesn’t exist! We ended up having to book an alternate parking provider when we arrived at Heathrow and other parking companies on site suggested we were the third people today that had the same experience on the day.

1 star is generous! “Call when you have your luggage and through customs” 1 hour later the car arrives, shocking service, “driver is 5 minutes away” each time you call. DO NOT USE, there are loads better options at Heathrow for parking

Do not use this company they will claim your car is in a secure compound with 24 hour cctv then after you go on holiday your car will be left along residental streets in Stanwell, this companies name has been mentioned alot on social media for dropping cars off down residental streets, always contact Heathrow airport directly for legitimate parking DO NOT get scammed, your car is a target for theives left for weeks down dark side roads the residents of Stanwell have exposed these companies online and have outted them for scamming innocent travellers into paying for a service they arent getting

My Kia sportage was collected by express parking at Heathrow long stay and the driver took off at pace. I checked the journey log on my Kia app after and the driver had driven the car at 98.2 mph!

I complained multiple times and had zero response.

I was informed by your staff that my car's battery was flat and, as a result, the vehicle could not be delivered to the airport. Instead of resolving the issue yourselves, I was instructed to book an Uber at my own inconvenience, with the assurance that the fare would be reimbursed by your company. I was also told to arrange my own AA recovery assistance to deal with the vehicle, despite the car being in your care throughout the parking period.

The situation became even more alarming when I arrived at the vehicle's location in Slough. Rather than being stored in a secure parking facility or garage as one would reasonably expect from a professional airport parking service, the vehicle had been left parked on a public street.

Furthermore, the return of my car keys was handled in an entirely unacceptable manner. The keys were handed to me by a stranger who explicitly stated that they did not work for your company and had merely been asked to pass the keys to me. This raises serious concerns regarding the security of my vehicle, my personal property, and your company's safeguarding procedures.

I entrusted my vehicle to your company with the expectation that it would be kept securely and returned to me at the agreed location and time. Instead, I experienced significant inconvenience, distress, and a complete lack of professionalism. Specifically, I am concerned about:

Failure to return my vehicle to the airport as contracted.
Leaving the vehicle on a public street rather than in a secure parking facility.
Requiring me to arrange my own transportation and vehicle assistance.
Mishandling of vehicle keys and potential breaches of vehicle security.
Poor communication and failure to take responsibility for resolving the situation.
I request that you provide:

A full explanation of the circumstances surrounding this incident.
Confirmation of where my vehicle was stored during the parking period.
Reimbursement of all additional costs incurred, including transportation and any AA-related charges.
Compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and failure to provide the contracted service.
Details of the measures your company will take to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
I look forward to receiving your response within 14 days. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will consider escalating the matter through the appropriate consumer protection channels and, if necessary, pursuing recovery of my losses through other available means.

The tracking system in my car showed that it was parked on a residential street near Heathrow Airport rather than in a secure parking facility, as advertised.

When I collected the car, the driver was very difficult to communicate with due to his very limited English. I struggled to understand him and even to locate where my car had been left.

The most concerning issue was that the driver somehow managed to enter the airport without passing through the parking barriers. When I tried to leave the airport, Heathrow staff had no record of how my car had entered. As a result, I spent a considerable amount of time explaining the situation and proving what had happened before I was finally allowed to leave. This caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress.

Do not use these guys. Unbelievably late and rude.
Zero respect

The driver incurred a fine by driving our car into an unauthorised area. We were not aware of this until a penalty arrived 2 weeks later in the post. They are refusing to take responsibility for it. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.
