Honestly not recommending.customer service very rude not helping at all. They damaged my car & I called customer service not helpful and speaking rudely.

When the complaints in-box is full, and you can’t get through to cancel a booking, which ever way you try, it says it all.

Do not use- absolute crooks. Telemetry shows my car was not parked in a secure pound but left on a street and returned covered in bird shit and debris. The passenger door was left with a long lateral scratch. Furthermore, the in car forward camera was stolen - have a value in excess of £300.
The sole director of Express Parking Heathrow is Dhruv Aneja. His company has no net assets to claim against.

I won't be using these guys again. They left me waiting when I was dropping off the car, even though I called them when required. Had a tracker in my car and they just park in either on the side of a residential street in Feltham or on a driveway. Kept waiting for about 40 minutes when I arrived back and called them, even though the tracker was showing that the car was 15 minutes away. Had a dent also but I never took photos beforehand. I do not recommend this company. It is certainly not a Meet & Greet service.

AVOID. Absolute cowboys. Offer a meet and greet service. Left us waiting an hour for our car after calling and informing them that we had landed. We called the contact number several times and were told that the driver was on the way and then that he was stuck in traffic. When the driver eventually arrived he told us he had only been given the keys 10 minutes prior and that his boss had lied to us. The car was also returned covered in leaves and dust despite being handed over 2 weeks before immaculately.

Dreadful - waited an hour at pick up. Rude and just said email a complaint if you are not happy.

Used the provided phone number upon collection of bags after a flight as we were instructed. Was initially told that the car was on it's way. We checked the cars location on our app and could see it wasn't moving for the next 15 or 20 minutes. Called again to be told again that it is being driven now so I informed them that we could see the car was stationary. They insisted it was on it's way. Waiting a further 15 or 20 minutes and called again. This time they claimed it was in the agreed meeting location and the driver was waiting and we were not answering our phone. I was stood at the meeting point and informed them of this and also that we had had no missed calls. Next it changed to being told they had brought the wrong car with a similar registration even though nobody approached us at the meeting point. Next we were told it had set off to us again. The car was still stationary on the app. After this our attempts to phone were unanswered multiple times. A driver eventually phoned us to say he is on his way. The car finally moved about 10 minutes later and we watched it all the way in to the airport. The car was absolutely filthy on the outside, mud, some kind of tree or plant looking dust all over the roof and I hope was only lots of bird muck.
Time to get car from first phone call was close to 2 hours, extremely slow.
We didn't realise until we had already set off but we also had put a tin of Monster and a tin of Red Bull in the glove compartment for our return journey after a long overnight flight and they had stolen the Red Bull. Why would they even be looking in the glove compartment let alone be despicable enough to steal such a thing?
If one potential customer reads this and doesn't book with them then it means it's an expensive tin of Red Bull and that crime hasn't paid on this occasion.
Terms shown when booking through CYPD(Compareyourparkingdeals) only detail a £6 charge when dropping off the vehicle but this is £8 and you have to pay it to leave the airport upon collection too, not transparent enough with costs.
I used the complaints contact after returning home and they refuse to respond. I contacted CYPD, the agent for the booking, and they said they would escalate the issue with suppliers management but still no response. CYPD appear to be not replying either now.
I would NOT recommend Express parking heathrow(easyparkingheathrow-meet and greet) or CYPD(compareyourparkingdeals) nor will I use again myself.

I chose this company to look after my car whilst I was away. Not only was the driver 30 minutes late collecting my car but also 1 hour late bringing it back to me.

My car was returned damaged and my back light was smashed. I tried to call the company number over 20 times & eventually they blocked me. The complaints email address doesn’t receive any more emails probably because there’s that many complaints.

The WORST company you could choose do not use

Whole process is slow compared to other companies I have used. Not impressed they dismantled my dash cam so it can't record. I have a right to see footage to where my car is driven to and kept. Will not use again.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Our car was vandalised, specifically sprayed down the side with red paint! The company (Express Parking Heathrow Ltd) have not replied sensibly to any customer service requests we have made not have they offered any kind of refund nor support to remedy the damage incurred. I would be astounded if it was only our car that was randomly targeted… You have been warned!

Extremely slow: more than 1 hour to come pick up the car at Heathrow T4 which added £15 to the bill, and more than 2 hours to deliver it back, and that cost another £8 of course as the mini charge of short-stay parking.
Cherry on the cake, I just received a penalty charge for wrong parking for more than 14 hours while I was still on holidays... So the car was not in a protected area during the night... thank you!

When I arrived back from my holiday, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, wouldn't give me a time for when my car would be dropped off and advised that he would 'block' my call if I called him again. He then proceeded to do that. I had to call him from another phone number and then he only proceeded to provide helpful information when I suggested I would call the police and highlight theft of my car.

The car was then returned to me in absolutely filthy conditions and looking like it had been raced around a field for two weeks. The car had also been fully adjusted and reset for which two weeks later, I'm still trying to work out what's been changed and how. The driver of the car acknowledged the condition. He then proceeded to call someone, I then spoke to him on the phone and he acknowledged that they would pay for a clean and all I needed to do was email them a copy of the receipt and cost. I'm sure you can imagine this was quite a shocking exchange after a 14 hour flight.

When I got home, I also noticed there were scratches on my car bonnet.

Since then I have attempted to contact Express Parking who have refused to acknowledge anything, taken a long time to reply and their latest email response being 'Hence the case is get closed and there will no further replies.'

I would also be dubious about using any comparison site they are listed on giving the company clearly does not due diligence on any of their recommended companies

I have now received a Parking ticket when Express Parking Heathrow had possession of the car.
2. On arrival, we were to collect the car at Heathrow T3. We were told to walk to T2 because there was traffic which we did. The driver of the car abandoned our car at T2 without waiting for us and left the key on the tyre. This is an appalling and terrible service. I am extremely disappointed.

Used express parking last month. We site said uniformed driver will collect the car , a random person appeared with out any form of id. Had go trust any give the key. Before approaching the terminal we called to confirm the collection of car , through said the refund is no such booking. Then has to be sent the screenshot as a proof.
While coming back the flights landed earlier than expected. Which I informed 2hours early as I had wifi. I formed the middle we will be arriving early. Afternoon a long discussion any argument asked me to ting afternoon collecting the luggage. I informed afternoon collecting the luggage , the person over the phone said the drive will be with us in 20 minutes. Had to wait outside for a an hour and 20 minutes.
So overall a very bed experience.

Dont bother using them really poor customer service, the guys use mobiles to arrange pick and drop but cannot hear them or even understand them while they drive with windows open. Took an hour to bring my car back to me. I booked this through Mobit and no where did they mention there was a pick up and drop off charge. Even when reporting this to them it took weeks to get a response and offered 30 percent off next booking which is simply not good enough

Don’t use this company! One of the most stressful car parking companies I’ve ever used! They were over an hour late returning our car to us, we kept calling and they kept lying to us that they were only 5 minutes away. They claimed to have called us to inform that they were delayed, but we never received a call. We were travelling with our twin babies and a disabled parent and we received no apology or even any acknowledgement that we had been waiting around with screaming babies!! They even stopped answering our calls because they had clearly run out of excuses!! We weren’t the only ones this happened to, there were 4 other customers waiting well over an hour for their cars too. I don’t believe any of the good people reviews I’ve read on here, I have a feeling they may have been written by people who actually work for the company to make themselves sound better

This is a nightmare of parking, they took the car god knows where looks like it was parked under a tree full of bird droppings and dust az well az chunks and chunks of leaves and brunch under my bonnet and air filter. I wrote a email of complaint and was ignored even though i sent 4 emails. Also to bring my car back they kept me waiting for over an hour. The guy on the phone was rude even though i said they won’t get a good review he didn’t care. My car paint work is damaged and now i will be taking legal action as they just ignore everything. Stay away and do not trust. I wouldn’t be surprised if the car is parked on random streets rather than a parking place.

Thus company has the rudest bunch of employees I have ever had the misfortune to meet. They lack etiquette and have no care for the customer once you have paid them. Don’t use their services.
