Best customer experience I've received for a very long time. We purchased an Avaya licence from Extera. Our telecoms provider charged us £550, Extera charged us £314 and practically installed it for us too. Very quick and efficient service. Save your Avaya Licencing costs and only go though Extera!!!!

I had ordered a telephone headset and explained on the phone that we needed one that cupped the ears and limited/reduced exterior sound for a manager to use in a small open plan office, and chose one where the picture showed exactly what we wanted. However the headset, when it arrived, had much smaller ear cups that shown on the website, and so we had to ring and return it. The customer service was excellent, fully understanding of the problem, sorry that these were the best headphones they had, and immediately arranged for the item to be collected, and have promised a full refund when they receive them. So although I was disappointed with the item, particularly after explaining on the phone what we needed, I was delighted that they follow-on service was excellent.

I've always found extera's web site easy to navigate, I'm able to find the right parts and their pre sales support is excellent.

On my last order, they were let down by their courier - who did not deliver when promised, and subsequently both extera and the courier called me directly tracing the parcel.
