The service I have received from Extera Direct has been exemplary! Efficient, polite, cost effective goods, excellent delivery and really helpful when I had to change the order. If only all companies were as efficient my job would be much easier

I have been dealing with Extera for a few months now and they are an outstanding organisation!
I am with Virgin Broadband and had issues with my first VOIP phone due to the SIP settings as Virgin make it very difficult to use the VOIP phone with their super hub 2. Rob in technical did some researching and came back with a solution and new VOIP phone [Yealink] and the phone is brilliant and the clarity is superb with no loss of voice what so ever.
I would recommend Extera Direct to anyone!

Excellent. Found Extera by chance on line when my normal supplier had no stock. Prices are very good, delivery was next day and communication regarding the progress of the order was first class. Highly recommended.

After a broadband upgrade we found ourselves with a dead Avaya phone system, after a call to Extera we were quickly underway to finding a solution.
From the first contact I felt that these guys knew what they were talking about. Both Phil and Dan went above and beyond in resolving our problem and very soon the phones were up and running.
I cannot recommend Extera enough; we will be using them for all our telecoms maintenance and support from now on.

This is the first time I have used yourselves, the lady I spoke to initially was really helpful and knowledgeable about the headsets, delivery was next day as promised.
We had one faulty headset, again this was addressed and dealt with quickly with no fuss, replacement was with me the following day.

I had to return items that I had ordered in error and before I could get them posted the replacement had arrived. This meant there was no down time and we could get on with taking calls. Fantastic.

As the title say, Excellent Service. Opted for a free trial of a headset, as promised, it was delivered the next day. Extended a deal that was ending to allow me to fully test the headset and at the time of ordering, kept to their promises. Delivery again was next day and it was very refreshing to deal with a company that kept to their promises when relying on 3rd parties to deliver. Will definitely use again when required.

From first contact to installation and aftercare, Extera have been extremely helpful and professional. In addition we received a really good price in comparison to the other quotes we received.
