Hotel Puerta de Toledo Madrid the worst experience ever. Deceitful lying staff that treat guests with contempt. Extra exhorbitant parking costs due to incomplete information on hotel listings on booking.com, false advettising anT uncaring staff. DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL OR ITS STAFF TO BE HONEST

We’re currently staying at the Medplaya hotel in Benidorm Spain

If you’re looking at this hotel please take carful consideration. We flew with Jet2 second time and both times have been horrific this will be the last time.

The hotel is atrocities honestly your treated like a child made to line up before you can sit down for dinner even though your all inclusive. Been told we have to pay for tea and coffee in the room even though we’re all inclusive being made to drink out of plastic cup because as adults your not trusted. This place is appalling.
We can’t wait to leave. The staff are completely RUDE I’ve never experienced anything like it. The lifts only work when they want to and you can be waiting up to 20 minutes because there’s only 2 in the entire hotel and they’ve told us they turn one off to save costs. It’s the worst 7 days I’ve had I can’t wait to go home.

Best Cambrils Hotel Cambrils. Just don’t go there even if it’s free! Terrible service, poor management attitude, evening entertainment is painful! Reminds me of Faulty Towers. Needs complete refurbishment. Never a 4* rating!

I just wanted to thank the two men who delivered my Sun Loungers today they were very helpful and polite. Sadly it is not always the case today and I feel when you are shown this respect it is nice to acknowledge it.

Mi viaje hasta el aparcamiento fue bueno ya que el conductor estaba cerca del aeropuerto, así que pude seguirlo. ¡Era encantador!
Cuando regresé no había Internet en el aeropuerto de Málaga, por lo que no pude llamar a la compañía ya que todos los detalles estaban en mi iPad. Mi hijo llamó por teléfono y no pudieron ayudar. Llamé y era un número de Manchester nuevamente, inútil. Esperé de pie desde la una de la tarde hasta las cuatro bajo el sol y ni una sola vez llegó el autobús. Eran 30 C
grados. Tengo 80 años. Por teléfono le dijeron a mi hijo que vienen cada 15 minutos. ¡Al final tuve que coger un taxi hasta el parking que me costó 17 euros! Reclamo esto por favor.
Horrible experiencia. Nunca lo volveré a usar.
Además, tenían mi número de teléfono, detalles de mis vuelos, etc. para que pudieran contactarme fácilmente.
Estaba esperando donde me dijeron al final de la salida del Parking Express del aeropuerto en las 2 plazas de aparcamiento antes de la barrera de salida.

On my journey to the car park was good as the driver was near the airport so l could follow him. He was lovely!
When i returned there was no internet at Malaga airport so could not phone the company as all details were on my I pad. My son phoned, they could not help. I phoned it was a Manchester number again no use. I waited from 1 pm til 4 in the hot sun standing and not once did the bus come. It was 30 C
degrees. I am 80 years old. On the phone they told my son they come every 15 minutes. In the end i had to get a taxi to the parking costing me 17 euros! I claim this back please.
Awful experience. Will never use again.
In addition the had my phone number, details of my flights, etc so they could have easily contacted me!
I was waiting where they told me at the end exit of Parking Express in the airport at the 2 parking slots before the exit barrier.

Let's start to be honest, the latest is Spanish restaurants are wondering why they are not booked up for Easter. Maybe it's time for the Spanish to shut their mouthing off about how much they hate tourists and remember where most of their country's earnings come from. A full season WITHOUT TOURISTS MIGHT MAKE THEM APPRECIATE WHAT THEY'VE GOT.

Having bought a daewoo smart tv from miravia it wasn't compatible for my needs , so l requested a return of the tv and filled in all the relevant questions +a photo as well
Going to the despatch point they tell me that there is no way they can send this back because they need a tracking number and address which was not available as quoted on their form
Try as l might with communication it was impossible with their A1 robot system and got nowhere at all , add all this to visiting the pick up point 4 times it's a nightmare
I should have used my usual AMAZON account where l know things are above board

On turning up ,got told 15 euros...one drink
Not much of choice,and you don't even get a half glass drink.
Rip off customers ,not impressed !!!

Bookcase described as made from plywood ordered from vidaXL.es.
Clarified with vidaXL before ordering to make sure it was not melamin/chipwood. Bookcase ordered to be delivered to my address.
Bookcase dropped off over 3 weeks later at a collection point several miles from my address.
Opened package - guess what! - bookcase was melamine/chipwood.
Told by vidaXL that it will cost me €5 to return package to them for refund.
Be very careful about buying anything from this company - they are very good at being disengenuous/deceitful and will charge you for the pleasure.

Securitas direct have a problem contacting them my phone provider will not let me phone on normal line,normal line has problem! I would rate them ZERO!!!

I thought there was something wrong with the 4.3 star rating for Paack delivery service from Trustpilot. Go to REVIEWS.io and get the reviews of 160 people from around Europe. Lucky to get 1star.....only because they can't rate lower!!!

Our first contact was with Elana who was very helpful and informative. Mariano and his colleague carried out an amazing job, even swept my floors ! Would have no hesitation to recommend for both price and service.

On initial arrival seems quite daunting and organised chaos but once inside the building everyone was polite and very helpful. Not what I expected at all, once gone through a small security scanner you go in a small room which looks like a bank, you wait to be called and thats it. If applying for visas like us just make sure you have all paperwork although they do give you ten days to get it back to them but if not you will lose the application fee which you have to pay on the day.
Very busy place but friendly and very helpful.

ALSO UNCLEAR PHONE RECORDED MESSAGES, LENGTHY ETC REFERRING YOU TO OTHR NUMBERS WHICH ARE USELESS TOO. AND YOU HAVE TO HEAR THEM IN BOTH LANGUAGES! RATHER THAN BEING ABLE TO CHOOSE AT THE START,

HAD BETTER SERVICE FROM AFRICAN GOV. DEPTS. ,

In April I decided to change my life by moving to the Costa Blanca. Of course, it is not that simple these days since we have now left the EU.
I appointed a Spanish lawyer from Barcelona, who was very helpful ( I was paying her of course) and set me upon the path.
The Spanish Government require a criminal certificate which is supplied by ACRO and a medical certificate signed by a medical practitioner. Obtaining the criminal record certificate was easy but the medical certificate a nightmare. Not the fault of the Spanish. Both certificates have to receive an Apostille which is legalisation via the FCO - the Foreign Office. They legalised the police certificate but were not able to reach the doctor for his confirmation. Apparently far too busy to speak to the FCO. Interestingly one of the things the medical certificate asks is for the doctor to confirm I do not have Ebola. Yes I’m wandering around with Ebola.

I decided to employ a notary at a cost of £250.
The Spanish consulate offered me an appointment and on the day I presented my application. It was thrown out.
Let me tell you about the Spanish Consulate. They are open for half a day on Friday from 9am to 1pm. I now understand they are open two mornings a week. My appointment was for 9.30am. The lady who invited in was already stressed! She set about my application and then threw it onto the table, stating medical certificate no good and shouted ‘ no notary, no notary!’ I was of course very disappointed and she gave me a new appointment for the following week.

Now I’m going to cut my story short before you all lose the will to live. My doctor went on sick leave and I was stuck. So I paid a European lawyer in London £145 to get proof of this doctors existence. It was thrown out of course. This time the same stressed lady, shouted ‘no lawyer’, medical practitioner.

Guess what? The police certificate ran out of the 90 day limit set by the Spanish Government.
I then applied for a new certificate, which took two weeks to arrive, although I had paid for a 4 day turn round. That is another story for Trustpilot.
I spoke to my previous doctor in another town, who was delighted to help. God bless him!
The next step was pay on line and send both to the FOC. Another nightmare begins. It took them 6 weeks to send the certificates back and this time both had Apostille certificates. Hallelujah! But, of course, 6 weeks lost from the 90 day limit.
I applied via email for an appointment to present my application and to this day I have not heard back from them. Only a message in Spanish saying they are overwhelmed and please refer to our website. Why? There is nothing on the website. It is old fashioned and has not been updated since websites were invented by the look of it. There are articles and photos dated 2015. Actually I have sent 4 emails and received the same message.
I hope somebody in Madrid will take pity on me and get me an appointment. Of course, they might hate me by now and send out assassins.
My documents will run out by the 22nd of September 2021. And, yes I will try again but next year.

I know my girlfriend from November 2019, this has also been confirmed by a notary in Spain with witnesses and official document, furthermore we hand over 3 holidays from last summer to the present with photos, tickets and hotels, visas, but the consulate looks as the try to think of everything to make it not possible to give her a visa as it looks (twice refused last 31e May when all Spain opens for covid. They looked at the case on a case-by-case basis and ask for 1 year as proof of a long-term relationship if there is no marriage both, but same document says we look at the case by case, if we believe the relationship is serious. But in an email from the manager of the Spanish visa center, we suddenly got the question from the Spanish visa department in Saint Petersburg to demonstrate 3 years, I was shocked? to my question where this is stated in the law or rules, that we have to demonstrate 3 years, another email came that this was really just a question, I did not have to take that serious, really not take it serious from a consulate???? Incomprehensible for an official body to ask these kinds of questions and after say was just a question?? We have not received answers to some important questions, we have now asked a human lawyer that understands European law, to find out everything about our rights and wrote to the EU about the situation, with the name of the consulate and people deal with our case, and all say the same, told us get married abroad. So what we decide we do now, we will get married on June 3rd. Of course we would have loved to do this with our family, but unfortunately that is not possible due to the bureaucratic rules of the consulate that believe we are not serious and did not proof our relationship. Parents and friends who would have liked to experience this can now not be present sadly. The consulate works hard too turned our life upside down and do nothing to help so far, its why we have consulates? As well they force us to travel nonstop to unsafe countries abroad to meet together to create more evidence of our meetings complete against covid regulations and safety. Compliments to the ladies at the reception who were very warm and showed my girlfriend that she also thought it was sad for her and tried to help her maximum and did her best. But finally we'll be married in a few days, we accept to follow rules, but the way this goes is super bureaucracy good for nobody, bad for covid situation, not follow any logic of the decisions the make, of course we not stop to meet and travel abroad, what ells can we do if you love someone and cannot meet her more as a year?
