Scam website! Warning

I’ve cancelled the subscription but still charging from my credit card. This is a pure scam

Very user friendly! Able to do exactly what I want with downloaded photos of the properties I'm designing for. Great for quick turn arounds to sell a project. Thank you

This is 100% a scam, and seemingly not even a real company — I tried to cancel my subscription for 4+ months, received 1 initial response, followed by 10+ unanswered emails.

DO NOT RECOMMEND — AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I unknowingly subscribed to this software in early 2025. They continued billing my company CC for 8 months, until I tried to cancel my account last summer. I was told the account was canceled, and yet they still billed for another 6 months. Not a company or software anyone should trust whatsoever. Avoida t all costs.

They had no real address. All my unsubscribe emails bounced back. They kept sending me emails of "issue" with my payments becaused I changed my credit card. Finally I blocked them.

Great program, easy to use even for a non computer person

This is clearly a scam, with some ok rendering tec. behind the scam with 1$ billing which, when you're not expecting it $49 or $179 is taken from your account. Near impossible to cancel, I have yet to meet someone who after cancelling online hs not had money taken. .

I suspect some or all of the positive feedback/reviews are fake by the owner.

AVOID AT ALL COST

My experience has been great because the platform is easy to use and makes it simple to visualize exterior changes. The interface feels intuitive, and the results are clear and helpful for decision-making. The company is doing well by focusing on solving real homeowner challenges — especially making planning less overwhelming and more visual. Continued improvements in customization and detailed recommendations would make it even stronger.

I am frustrated that there are glitches on they're platform, I cannot find my account information which is a huge red flag, and I cannot scroll down to see all the Icons there is no help page available, i had to google they're contact information to email them, also distorted perfectly good images I sent and cannot understand my texts, many things wrong with this website. the biggest is they haven't confirmed with me about cancelling my prescription. My rating is this is close to a scam we will see at next billing cycle if its true or not

Exterior Flow did absolutely nothing it claims on its website. The promises sound great, but in reality, there were no results, no measurable impact, and no real value delivered.

The website is misleading, and the service fell far short of what was advertised. After giving it enough time to see outcomes, it became clear that this was a complete waste of money. Poor execution, poor value, and zero return.

I would strongly caution anyone considering this service: don’t trust the marketing claims. My experience was genuinely disappointing, and I regret signing up.

none of the renders involve the reference photos i uploaded. i have tried to cancel since february 2025 with no success. the chat feature does not work, they do not respond to the emails, the cancel subscription option always show an error. this is absolutely horrible. I am researching how to legally handle this and to receive a full refund.

Clear vertical and horizontal hierarchy

Upper façade has a solid, monumental presence (typical Gulf villa character)

Ground floor is visually heavier due to shutter + plain wall → acceptable but could be refined

So much better than all the other architectural AI sites. Top work chaps!

its a Spam website. They don't deliver what they advertise and as mentioned by various users, once subscribed you cant cancel the subscription. i wish i had read the reviews before.
