I am getting ideas from this app that I can use or adjust. I am not very creative so I need all the help I can get. Plus I love that I can generate an image based on a written description.

Super easy to use and fast! Great renderings are produced almost immediately. Gives great ideas!

I tried the Exterior Flow app on a free trial basis to explore its features. I wasn't able to subsequently log into the account (ever) and was charged a full year subscription. They don't offer any phone number in the help area.

I came across this app that seemed promising for my design and build project. However, after receiving my first result, I realized it wasn’t what I was looking for, so I tried again, but it turned out the same. I made sure to cancel my trial subscription on time, but the free trial continued to debit my account for an additional three months. I wouldn’t recommend using this exteriorflow.com. Their claims aren’t truthful, and the product simply isn’t suited for professionals.

This is completely unacceptable and shows poor ethical practices. If users cancel a free trial in good faith, they should not be charged. I’ve already contacted support for a refund, and I expect this to be resolved quickly.but not give proper response

I do not recommend this app unless the developers improve transparency and respect user cancellations.

Once I have a subscription and the cancellation option doesn't work in their website and they continue to charge me for last 2months since I reach out to support team. Still continuing....

I wish I could give no stars at all. These people kept taking money from my card every month even after I sent them an email to cancel my subscription. They just took out a bunch of money on my card, which I was going to use to pay my rent tomorrow!!! I emailed them again no response. These people are damn scammers.

looking good so far - the prompts are responsive and the output is high end. So far we love it - I can only imagine it will get better and better.

They've been charging me for a subscription i cancelled a year ago in July. Never go trial with anyone, especially with Apple Pay. They just keep debiting your account, I even changed my card number and they still used Apple Pay to get the money because the card is digital and doesnt change when you change your physical card.

SCAAAAAAM, IT KEEPS TAKOMG FROM MY ACCOUNT, I CANCELLED ANYTHING ABOUT THIS MONTHS AGO, IT GOES IN MY ACCOUNT EVERY SINGLE DAY SWEEPING FOR MONEY. BULLSHIT!!!! IT JUST TOOK 71CAD, PLUS ANOTHER 71CAD FROM MY ACCOUNT. I CANCELLED I CHANGED BANK CARD, it UPDATES AND TRACKS YOUR NEW BANK CARD AUTOMATIC WITHOUT YOU EVEN PUNCHING IT IN, NO IDEA HOW THIS THING IS DOING THAT, SOME FORM OF HIGH LEVEL AI RIP OFF!!

I signed up for a $1 trial through PayPal in January and never used the service again. I forgot about it entirely until I got hit with a $49.99 charge months later — no reminder, no notice, no email communication at all.

I had no login info, no app, no access to cancel directly. The only way I even found out who they were was by digging through my PayPal receipts and contacting support. Their customer service was vague, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.

I disputed the charge through PayPal and still lost — not because I used the service, but because they hide behind fine print and offer zero transparency up front.

If you’re looking for a company that communicates clearly, respects its customers, or operates with any kind of integrity, this is not it.

Avoid them. And if you do sign up, set 3 alarms to cancel—because they’ll bill you without warning and won’t take responsibility for it.

The way they handle subscriptions is awful. Tried to cancel it year ago and no response. Then my bank had to stop my credit card, so they don’t take any money from that. Test I opened it up again and as soon as I open it they charge me $80.

The service might be useful to some but they way they “steal money” technically they don’t steal but they keep running away from you so you can’t cancel your subscription. AND THAT F**ING SUCKS.

Do better exteriorflow.

I signed up for ExteriorFlow’s one-month trial and cancelled well before it was supposed to renew. Despite the cancellation confirmation, they continue to run small “$1 trial” charges through my PayPal—again and again. Reaching out to their support team produced either robotic replies or complete silence, while the unauthorized billing attempts kept coming.
This pattern is predatory: dangle a cheap trial, ignore cancellations, and keep testing your payment method in hopes you don’t notice the micro-charges. It’s dishonest, it wastes your time disputing transactions, and it shows a total lack of respect for customers.
Avoid this company. Remove any payment authorizations immediately, watch your statements like a hawk, and be prepared to dispute every charge. Zero stars.
