First, the images are not any better than DHALLE can generate, and you cannot customize the renderings. Trying to cancel the account is impossible, and they charge for a 7-day trial!

I'm deeply disappointed with Exterior Flow's service. Despite signing up for a 7-day trial, I was charged before the trial ended, and again this month. This violates the terms outlined on the company website, which state that trial payments are non-refundable and cancellations are permitted at any time

This unethical billing practice has tarnished my experience with the company. I demanded an immediate refund for the unauthorized charges and expect better adherence to your own terms in the future. Let's see.

This is a scam site. The service is terrible. Uses fake example images. They won't let you cancel, they don't respond to support. The only option if you have already signed up is to block the bank card you used. The same company also operates simlar sites "Trymusicflow" and "Interiorflow" which are the exact same scam. Report these to ftc.gov so that they can be stopped.

Good in enough to create architectural facade design.

This company keeps changing my card for no reason and doesn’t answer emails or respond. I now have to lodge a fraud dispute with my card.

Nice software

This company is a total scam! It should not even get one star. It charged me and then all it did was show me one house. There was no way to get beyond the single house photo. Sent emails to cancel and received message to sign in and cancel subscription. This is a scam too as I could not log back in.

I can't cancel my subscription. When you contact customer services they say do it on the website and on the website when i try and set my password it comes back that the password doesn't meet requirements but does not say how to make it meet requirements.

Edit - so this is interesting. I have received an email from Trustpilot asking me to edit my review and provide additional details otherwise they will take my review down. I guess companies can pay for bad reviews to be removed?

So in summary:
1. You can’t cancel your subscription from the app or via manage my subscription in iPhone - you have to go into the website.
2. When on the website I tried multiple times to change the password and it wouldn’t let me submit any of the passwords I tried (I did everything here - no caps, with caps, with numbers, without and with or without special characters. When I asked the service team or tried to look up what were the password requirements it said I had to be logged on.
3. Example of one of the message I sent to customer services below.
4. Eventually solved it by finding my old password via multiple iterative attempts (I get it - I should have written it down )
5. I stand by my review - any company that makes it so difficult to unsubscribe is not being reasonable.

I have asked you to cancel my account and you say I have to do it from the website but the website makes it impossible for me to reset my password.

Return fees paid - I haven’t used your service and cancel my account.

This essentially appears to be a scam. Should not even get 1 star. I agree with what many people have written below. I trialed the software which didn't produce anything meaningful. So I cancelled immediately by sending an e-mail to their support e-mail but did not get a response. I could not even log into the software a second time. But after 7 days I was charged the subscription fee. I have had to contact my bank to get the charge reversed.
