Chosen the product I want from their website and went to the showroom made the order.the staff in the showroom is quite helpful and called multiple times for all deliveries and pick up updates. Unfortunately, the provided time didn’t suit me. The shop staff Ian is quite helpful, worked with their team to manage the order to be picked up before my long vacation.

Avoid EZ Living Interiors – Poor Customer Service and No Accountability
My wife and I visited the Liffey Valley store to view an oak dining table and, having decided to purchase it, phoned the store that evening to proceed with the order.
We were told there was one table remaining in stock and that we would receive a payment link by email. That email never arrived.
The following morning, I contacted the store and was told the remaining stock had apparently gone but that the warehouse would be checked and I would receive a callback that evening. Once again, no one contacted me.
I had to contact the store yet again, only to be told there was no stock available anywhere and that the next delivery would not be until September.
What made matters worse was the way my complaint was handled. Customer Care maintained that staff had acted appropriately and with due diligence, despite the fact that I never received the promised payment email or the callbacks that I had specifically requested and been assured I would receive.
During a later conversation with the store manager, we were offered what was described as a €100 goodwill gesture. However, this was simply the same promotion already advertised on the EZ Living website (€50 off every €500 spent), meaning it was available to every customer and was not a genuine gesture to resolve the issue.
My complaint has never been about stock availability. I understand stock can sell out. It is about poor communication, broken promises, the lack of ownership of a straightforward sales enquiry, and the refusal to acknowledge that the customer service fell well below an acceptable standard.
We were ready to spend a significant amount of money with EZ Living, but instead we were left chasing updates, receiving conflicting information, and ultimately being told that nothing had gone wrong.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend EZ Living Interiors. When things go wrong, customer service should be about taking ownership and putting matters right—not defending poor communication and missed commitments.

Taz went out of his way to be helpful. Rang another branch to track down an out of stock item and clearly explained the delivery schedule of in and out of stock items. All at the end of a tiring, warm day.
