Bought a 321 rosebury sofa after…
Bought a 321 rosebury sofa after researching a while. It was perfect in the shop but when we received our one which was nearly €5000 the cushions collapsed to the base. Rang them and they sent an technician out and he totally agreed with us but seemly in the report we got back supposedly no fault. Ezliving said we bought a really hard sofa and then un next email said we bought really soft totally conflicting. Brought my sofa cushions over to ezliving and the manager Emer was very understanding and totally agreed with us our cushions were so different to sofa in store but there was nothing she could do about it. I had a knee replacement last year and because the cushions are so close to the floor i cannot get up there fore cannot sit on the sofa. They still refusing yo do anything except replace 2 of the cushions to the same as we already have which is totally ridiculous. I spent a lot of money in this shop and the customer service is absolutely shocking. All I wanted was same as I bought in shop. Stay well away from ezliving.

Excellent service and great advice for our new dining set
We recently purchased a dining table and chairs from EZ Living Interiors and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We spent quite a bit of time comparing different options, and the showroom had a great selection of styles and finishes to choose from. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and gave us honest advice without any pressure to buy.
What impressed us most was being able to see different chair options with the table and take our time deciding what would work best in our new home. The quality of the furniture was excellent, and the team made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
We're delighted with our purchase and can't wait to have it delivered and set up in our dining area. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend EZ Living Interiors to anyone looking for quality furniture, great value, and outstanding customer service.

I purchased a furniture in EZ Living Interiors
I purchased a furniture in EZ Living Interiors, Liffey Valley. Unfortunately, unpacking it post the delivery, I found that the unit was damaged. I brought the furniture back to the store and from that point, I could appreciate the excellent support from the Staff in the Store, and even more from the EZ Customer Service. In particular, I'd like to mention, and thank, Erica. She was genuinely apologetic, understanding, and went defintely the extra mile to assist and support me through the process for the furniture replacement. All in all, from an initial negative experience (the furniture damaged, that to be honest, can happen) I could appreciate the excellent Customer Service from EZ Living. Big Thanks then !

From the moment we entered the shop to the day our piece of furniture was delivered,Darren was very helpful and patient. He gave us all the facts about the piece of furniture we were looking at.

Pre-ordered a sofa in Liffey Valley
Sales executive Darren in the Liffey Valley store was very helpful. Explained everything in detail in a simple way and made purchasing our sofa straightforward with no hassle.
Would give 5 stars if we already had the sofa in our home but it's expected to be back in stock in 4-5 weeks and expected for delivery thereafter. So, let's see!

Staff were so helpful and…
Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, taking so much time to go through different sofa’s with me and then helping me pick cushions to match.I couldn’t recommend them more. Delivery guys were also very friendly and kept me updated on the time they would arrive.

Poor on the floor customer support at Fonthill
There was no on the floor support really, not even a single staff approached with a support. I relied on the website information entirely for the sofa I purchased just like an online purchase. The terms and conditions were not explained either at the counter before purchase.
