The agent I was working with was so aggressive and rude. They kept rushing me to make a decision and berated me when I didn’t respond. I’m not sure if it’s because of my nationality or what but it was unsettling. Won’t be working with them ever again.

What can I write in words about this travel agent company. I request all genuine customer to kindly read the reviews and proceed to book with these.
First of all, I had made a confirmation booking for September 14th to 16th to Maldives in Furaveri Resort Maldives through FAB gateways All INCLUSIVE IN MY booking.
Next after 3-4 days of receiving the payment, they message me saying that i have requested resort for Bicycle to use in resorts. And clearly in Furaveri resort Instagram page they have attached several images showing they have bicycle and then the resort replies to me with the big lie saying that there is not bicycle in resort. First of all, it's not at all about
bicycle, it about lies. They show something in social media to fool people and they say something else through email. And regarding SPA, in booking they mentioned 30% discount on SPA but then after booking they send new pricing which 30% increased price from their SPA menu and give us 30% discount. Why i am explaining these things in FAB page are because, our FAB customer agents support this kind of behavior of resorts, and they tell me at last moment to cancel booking when there is 4 days left to my trip and anniversary trip.
First of all being a travel agent, they should support client in all basis, but not telling client to choose other resorts in same amount.
Never trust these kinds of agents at all. Now i am just waiting for 7200 AED refund, hope they send it at least.

we had very unexpectedly made a travel plan at the last minute for the eid holidays to maldives and we were very happy with the quick assistance we got from fabgetaways regarding the packages and how they tried to offer us tailor made package to fit our budget.
