Pathetic flash sale company. We had a highly horrid experience with their service for our Fushifaru-Maldives Trip quite recently.

1. Some of our family members had boarded from Baroda to Delhi. They had a further connection from Delhi to Male. However, they were not allowed to board as the trip details did not include the names of all the passengers. With great convincing required, airline allowed them to board with the warning to get the complete passenger booking list before boarding the Delhi-Male flight. Other set of family members (including me) had boarded from Aurangabad to Mumbai. Just after boarding the aircraft, we got to know about this situation of the other group. We incessantly tried to connect to the only support number in the email chain, however, there was no response or callback. We relied on luck and moved ahead, as already little was left to be tried.

Fortunately after reaching Mumbai, we got a fairy call from the travel agent executive. He arranged for the required document and our family could board the international flight.

2. Fun did not stop here. Now, while we were boarding Mumbai-Male flight, again we got to know that the family members on the other flight had reached Male and were left stranded on the airport. The Fushifaru hotel staff was not ready (rightfully so) to let them board the seaplanes , as they had not received any booking amount from Fabgetaways, while we had made full payment 6-8 weeks ago to Fabgetaways. After incessant calling and texting on the only available number, the travel agent promised to resolve the issue. Till that time, our family had to wait on Male airport for 4 hours. Ultimately, Fushifaru resort staff was courteous enough to know our situation and carry us to the resort using seaplane. They also mentioned that such incidents from Fabgetaaways are a regular feature and it leaves a little scope even for the resorts to do anything for the tourists, as the spare room availability is often an issue in the peak season.

3. Even after reaching the Fushifaru resort, the payment was still not done by FabGetaways. Again, our family was stranded at the resort for another hour. After another painful round of incessant calling, somehow the travel agent Mr. Bryan succeeded in getting them a single room.

4. Finally, after the other set of members (including myself) arrived at the resort. We had booked 3 rooms in total. Unfortunately my parents could not come due to some emergency and we asked for cancellation of 1 room. As it did not seem possible, we asked them to allot the extra room to us as well. However, the resort staff told us that the payment for only 2 rooms was made by FabGetaways, that too within the last 1 hour. Thus they were unable to allot the extra room to us.

5. FabGetaways also had promised us Free RTPCR tests for room occupants of 3 rooms ( 6 people). However, in reality we had to pay for 2 of the members, citing that the 3rd room was not paid for by Fabgetaways.

The whole fun of this long-planned family vacation was completely ruined due to highly unprofessional behaviour and zero support in issue resolution by Fabgetaways. They are a cheat company. Would strongly recommend everyone not booking though them and pursue direct contact with the resorts.

We booked a 6 night stay at Fushifaru Maldives through FabGetaways. Our complete experience from finalising the package to the end of the trip was great. Vishrut was very helpful and responsive all along the way. We booked our stay at very competitive prices and the quality of the service was too-notch! Would highly recommend Fushifaru and FabGetaways for a hassle free vacation and I’m looking forward to more such trips through FabGetaways.

We recently contacted Fabgetaway for a holiday in Brightland , Mahabaleshwar . We were travelling with a 2 year old and I was super fussy about the room . Bhumika helped me with a two room cottage apartment having private sit out area ( with no staircase ) even though it was originally not a part of package . We had a pleasant stay where my kid was well rested and the holiday was relaxed and peaceful . Special note of thanks to her !

We had an unforgettable experience at Fushifaru, the staff were exceptional and very accommodating. It was our honeymoon and everything was perfect, we were catered for.

Stay was great...Food was excellent.

Lebua Corbett is a beautiful property in the middle of nature. The staff were accommodating, and helped us with our requests. They even packed a makeshift breakfast for us before we headed for our safari early in the morning. The route to reach the property is a bit of an adventure but expertly taken care by the lebua staff. If at all they have to improve anything then the food could be made better although it is decent already.
