We're sorry your flooring arrived later than you expected, and we agree that this is not a great advert; however this was an email error rather than a service failing.
For context, you ordered at 4:30pm on Monday 5th and chose a 3-5 working day economy delivery service to Inverness. I'm pleased that the flooring was delivered today - the 12th - at 9:45am, being the 5th working day after your order, and therefore the service paid for was in fact met.
However, we fully accept that an email incorrectly stated that the order would be delivered by 8th - only 2 working days after your order - despite you selecting the 3-5 day economy option. This was in fact the Named Day option which would have been £120. It was this email that incorrectly set the expectation. We have identified the error and have corrected it, and apologise for the confusion.
As the delivery service that was actually paid for was met, we kindly ask that you consider revising this feedback to reflect the service paid for.

Very helpful and it was refreshing to call a number and speak to someone.
I had a delivery issue as I had to go out and the person I spoke to said that she would call me back with an accurate delivery time , which she did 1 hour later and the delivery arrived exactly within the 2 hour time slot she predicted.
