Why am I paying delivery fee when the delivery team does not deliver? Yes, they did not show up at all.

Not the best online experience. Late delivery, schedule for 6-8pm delivery. Received msg at 7pm that order will be delayed by an hour. Received order at 930pm after calling in to customer service at 905pm. Not sure if the delivery is done inhouse or by vendor. So can't rly trust the delivery timeslot.

If I could give it a minus score I would. I ordered a stained glass bird hanging. I thought it would look nice on the window with the sun coming through. clearly advertised as glass but what I got was a lump of plastic that looked like it had been coloured in by kids with colouring pens. Avoid this site or be prepared to be disappointed.

Lousy quality!! Perishables gone bad even for those those bought at the store! Be it fairprice or finest! All very lousy! I see staff throwing the fruits and vegetables when handling them!

I have encountered many times that the vegetable sold at Fairprice was spoilt and not fresh. The spoilt leaves were hide in between and when I opened it, almost all the leaves have many holes or yellowish. I also bought the sweet potato and almost every piece is blacken when I cut open. This is a very irresponsible company. When we feedback, they refused to reply and normally customers were not compensated. Unlike Sheng Siong, they will deliver the items to you and on top of that, give the customer $10 or $20 vouchers plus the exchange items and also 2 extra number of the items.

When ordering online from Fairprice you have to pay $3.99 for service fee and yet 17 items were missing! Driver/ delivery representative was surprised too. How difficult is to arrange correct order?! I suggest everyone to check your orders right at the door with a Fairprice staff. That might save you the time and trouble. Very disappointing as its not a first time.
In order to avoid further disappointments from your customers I strongly suggest to change the Fairprice management.

Terrible and lousy service! Cashier was not well trained and keep argued that we gave them not enough money when check out! The attitude was terrible! Well played Fairprice!

I brought the Lychee (Produce of South Africa) from NTUC Finest.

It tasted sour and totally unsatisfactory.

I wonder what kind of standard should i expect from the Finest and I have serious doubt in why this procurement is approved.

The service staff are approachable and friendly. The store is also really neat and organise as I am able to find the items that I want easily in the store. Really recommended for those who wishes to go there and shop for your groceries!

FairPrice does not honour their online sales. It does not understand that people purchase things online because they are unable to do so at the store. Missing items should be sent again the soonest at NO extra charge. Most people are not interested in the refunding because they want the items ( and desperately at times). It is apparent that FairPrice customer service team does not read the complaint because it always give the SAME STANDARD computer-generated reply. Talk about standard of service - Fairprice gets a BIG "F"!
Think thrice if you want to place order with FairPrice.

Ultimately it is the customer satisfaction that motivates the customer to continue to visit the Supermarket NTUC FAIRPRICE @ SERANGOON CENTRAL DRIVE Block 253. From that perspective, I would say the staff Name Irma who attended to me was extremely courteous, helpful in prompting to to make the right choices on products that on Special Buy Yesterday and gave me sound advice about future purchases. Certainly it is such positive minded staff who will enhance the reputation and revenue of NTUC by providing Excellent Customer Care Service to all prospective customers. Without hesitation I can say that she will prove to be an asset to NTUC at all time. PLEASE convey my appreciation to her and regards. Thank you!!

My whole experience at NTUC FairPrice was mediocre. It was my first time visiting a store in the East at EastPoint and it was quite a big store and I was expecting staff near the entrance to assist me when I was standing there searching for the aisle to search up my product, but she was busy communicating with her colleague. 5 minutes after I found the location where my product can be found, then then staff came to approach me. But my overall experience in store went horrible after I finish my transaction and the staff nearby the exit was just giving me straight face and not thanking me for my purchase at FairPrice. Staffs can be more pleasant and appreciative but they did not display that. Horrible.

Late delivery and not even an apology from the delivery man! 25 mins late past 12pm when my slot was 10am-12pm. He even said he can be late! Then what’s the point of me choosing the time slot?!
I rescheduled all my meetings and waited whole morning for him.

I have a meeting at 12:10pm but ended up late for that as he only arrived at 12:25pm.

The chat centre staff could not help to find out where he was or if he was on the way. All they kept saying it’s out for dispatch.

Ridiculous! I’ve ordered so many times and each time around $300 and delivery was always prompt.
Will never order from you guys again.

It was such a waste of my time and energy! Spent close to 1hr just asking and checking with your staff what’s going on and nobody can tell me where is the delivery guy. What’s worse is the app indicated ‘delivered at 11:48am’ when i’m still waiting for him to come at 12:10pm! I thought he delivered to the wrong place!

Asked him what happened when he finally arrived at 12:25pm and he said late from warehouse.
And nobody had the courtesy to inform me via a call or sms that he’ll be late?! Ridiculous!!

the healthy code seems cannot scan ..and we do spent a amount and want to redeem points but seems the printer got problem and the code cannot scan not the first time already ...

We recently bought several boxes of the “A+ Face Masks” for children (on the website: a-disposable-face-mask-for-children-blue-50-per-pack-13178145). The company has rated their masks as “A+”, but my honest verdict as a teacher is that they deserve a “D”. There’s some grade inflation going on here.

Why “D”? Every day, the elastic on the mask falls off at one corner. It doesn’t take much - a gentle tug from a little hand means that the mask has come off before we’ve even left the house. And so, this mask fails in its primary job of keeping the coronavirus at bay.

At the same time, I’d give this product bonus points for boosting child creativity at a much cheaper rate than some of the fancy toys advertised on Amazon. Desperate to stay in school, my 3- and 6-year-olds have now learned to use their hair clips, the metal stick in the mask, lead pencils, or their pinky fingers to drill holes at the side of the fabric before tying the elastic back in place. And so, while this product underperforms as an infection control measure, it is superior in training kids to join the “The Incredibles” cast with mad fix-it skills and sheer grit.

Based on my review, I hope you’ll consider rebranding the product to give it a more accurate label. Or perhaps you could change your supplier to support the global fight against COVID-19.

My first try today, and is horrible! i felt like being scam - ordered items missing, one of those items is 4 bottles of wines, which i do not want a refund, as they were on offer and ntuc should make good on their offer! Order#45803225

One thing...phones of many of their branches will never b answered all day long.Marine Parade Finess is exceptional..the Customer Service answer within the first 3 rings ...in house staff passionately attends n help sincerely and eagerly.

Fairprice has now already for ONE FULL WEEK message on the website; "We are temporarily out of delivery slots due to high demand. Please check back soon. Thank you for your patience." .... I can understand 2-4 days of this while you ramp up your delivery capacity .... but more then one week is unacceptable! Amids the COVID-19 outbreak people need FOOD ... I cannot get any food by delivery and the only option is to go into supermarket; using taxi (risk), holding carts and products (risk), standing in line close to other people (risk) .... and people who are in need or limited in mobility or in another way limited to deal with public spaces such as supermarkets really depend on your facility to delivery food. Please FairPrice; either increase your capacity OR change you messaging to explain that you wont be able to deliver food this whole month. How many times do I need to keep checking your website?
