Good customer service
Good customer service. The salesman knew about the product we were looking for and gave sound advice which helped us to make our decision. Delivery was as expected. Delivery men were courteous and friendly. They were considerate and worked with care. The mattress we purchased is great…have had brilliant nights sleep. Many thanks😊

Couldn’t ask for better service.
Staff member in store very helpful. Second of same product bought because so pleased with the recliner and service - in store and delivery. Terrific value for money. Delivered on time. Coped with the narrow road where car and motorbike parked in the limited road width, resulting in having to carry the recliner for short distance, down steep road to our drive. Placed recliner where required and finished building it. All done politely and efficiently, in minutes.

Although we do offer a range of modular items, that do come in separate parts, the item you selected is not one of them, and you should not have been advised that this was the case. Sometimes with power recliners you can remove the backs for ease of delivery, but this is not always the case. See the dining table and bench and it was that well presented I thought I’m having that , couldn’t get it before Xmas but a couple of strings were pulled and it arrived last week, the lads bought it assembled it gave me a run down on how to extend it and instructions if I ever needed to take it apart , all in all a good job Fairway Furniture

After a wait of a further two weeks from my full payment made to the Company, My finally had my wardrobe delivered and fitted! Was disappointed at the wait but once the guys fitted the wardrobe, I was very pleased.
