I had been unable to enlist help in moving a Z bed out of the way prior to installing a new table ( for craft). The guys kindly lifted it down the stairs. Table came in. All done & dusted in a few minutes maybe (12). Thanks guys. Much appreciated.

Georgia, the sales person in the store, was very efficient and knowledgeable. The mattress was delivered several weeks earlier than expected. The delivery team were efficient and left no mess.

Contented Customer ( up to now )
I came to the Fairway Furniture Showroom in Tavistock. I saw a piece of furniture I liked. I was not happy to be told I would have to wait many weeks for something which I could have bought elsewhere and have had delivered the next day. However, I waited and at the agreed date of delivery everything went smoothly and the item was delivered, unpacked and the packing materials were removed by a friendly Gentleman. This transaction is worth five stars because I got exactly that what I agreed to without any complications ( up to now ).

Enjoyable shopping
From the start we were not pestered we were asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for and then allowed to browse and offered help when needed Harry whom served was a complete gentleman not pushy.
After the order was made we were kept informed of its progress and delivery was made straight forward. I would definitely go back to shop again.

The showroom staff were very helpful and gave us good advice.
The delivery was on time and we were kept in touch all the time.
The men were efficient and quick with delivery and assembly.
We used the sofa bed whilst we moved house and found it to be very comfortable. Very successful purchase.
