Ordered a dress for friend. She does not like it. Fair enough. Then another dress arrived addressed to me that I did not order. On reading the bad reviews I shall have to assume that I have lost money if they have charged me a dress that I did not order.
Ordered a sofa bed
Ordered a sofa bed, given a delivery date and charged for delivery.
Tracking number does not work , delivery is overdue, contacted customer service and they just said wait another 2 weeks before they could even be bothered to do anything about it!
I find this appalling , tried to cancel the order as I will not be in the country during the period they say they may attempt delivery, but cannot even confirm my order is dispatched.
I have never had a problem before with Debenhams but this experience shows just how little they care for a regular customer. Massively disappointed and still waiting for any sort of response!

Their seel insurance of £2.99 is scam. I used to like Debenhams but they started stealing from people an extra £2.99 without your consent. Contacting them is like contacting someone from mars. I contacted as soon as I noticed the amount taken was different from the checkout basket but they refused to refund even though the order had not even been processed. I will never ever buy from them again. Imagine how many other people they stole like that from. It’s very wrong,

I had problems last year and here we are again! Such a long winded process, took 10 days to arrive and now they have had the items back a week (according to InPost) with no email from them to confirm, or refund I’m going to have to try to chase again for my money!

Ordered a perfume wh8ch was delivered by their courier to the wrong address. The person at the wrong address returned the parcel. Requested a refund but despite several requests the have not responded at all. I will never deal with them ever.
Do not buy if you may want to return!
I would strongly recommend not buying anything. It is so hard to get a refund, no return label sent in package, it was a concession store so they won’t accept the order number as it’s not from them. You can only speak to an Ai bot which is very frustrating.
After weeks of going around in circles I’m ready to give up and loss the money.
Maybe that’s there plan 😡
Debenhams & Seel is a SCAM
Very disappointed with Debenhams, adding parcel protection to my order without any prior knowledge of ever requesting this, This is a total scam as uk law protects you, if parcel fails to arrive or is not as described, then Debenhams are already responsible for this, so this is a scam in partnership with Seel, simply to increase profits.
Very disappointing experience!
Paid for next day delivery but the item arrived 3 days late. The perfume box was damaged and looked tampered with, making it completely unsuitable as a gift. Customer service dismissed my concerns and made the whole process a waste of time. Would not order again.
Worst ever. DO NOT USE
Returned part of the order within the returns time frame, never received the refund worth nearly £100. Customer service terrible, take ages to reply and process resets every time, keep closing the case with no resolution.

Awful. It looks like my account has been hacked and there IS NO OPTION FOR ME TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD. ALL Customer Services do is point me at their general page WHICH DOES NOT HAVE A SECURITY SECTION AND DOES NOT HAVE A PASSWORD SECTION!!!!!!!!

Do not order from Debenhams as it is not the same company as it was in the uk high street.
They sent me a used vacuum cleaner and they only correspond with emails
I have sent them several emails
They hardly reply and when they reply they keep asking for things that I already sent like order number and email
Then they asked for clearer image and a tag which is never clear which tag
They keep waisting your time until you either give up or the time to return the item is expired.
My advice to you is to never trust other good reviews as it paid

Customer service is terrible. Once you buy, there's no way to get a refund. They sent me a text message explaining the problem, and when I filled out the form, they asked for an authorization code. I repeated my request, but instead of resolving my issue, they kept sending me the link. How can I get the code or send it to them? They keep asking for it, which is awful.
I am still reach to them if they resolve my problems before it’s reached 28day of return

Disgusting customer service.I ordered some shoes from Debenhams ( Kurt Geiger ) on 21st March and it is now 6th April and no shoes and after many many emails to Debenhams they still have not arrived and said the parcel was returned to them,which was a lie ( it was due to be sent to a pickup shop who said they never received them ) Their customer service said a refund is being sent but they will not refund the postage as they claim it is up to KurtGeiger to give me a refund on the delivery.My contract is with Debenhams and not their supplier.Do not buy from this company they don't care.

Take heed when purchasing as Description very vague
Purchased a pair of what i thought were a Wallis white wide leg trousers. They said model 5ft 9, you would of had to be 7ft tall to carry these off & width at least 21inch wide ( not stated & impossible to tell they were ultra ultra wide ) Have read better descriptions in Ebay, stated on return reason as not described. Only want to give what I paid & no postage & return postage ( as is online trading law 2013 ) take heed, when you buy. !!
Not able to return goods
Ive had three separate orders that needed returning.
No paperwork in the parcels or returns forms.
No telephone customer services only messenger or text that dont get answered.
Unable to return any of them as unable to without a return label.
Never ordering from Debenhams online again.

Will never shop on this site again! Applied a code for free next day delivery, paid, got a confirmation email to say item would be delivered up to a week later! Tried to cancel as needed it before then as it was a present! Tried to find a contact number but nothing, had to use Facebook messenger. Typed out issue above and advised I wanted to cancel my order based on the false delivery info. Automated reply advising I need to return once received as cannot request cancellation once ordered. Guess what, as it perfume, I cannot return! Won’t be using again!

Orderd in5feb it’s now the 2arch no item no money. Nothing just 15mess telling me lies Gass lighting died a gift v for 15pounds lol. But guess what not valid please save your mental health this is cowboys. They take your money and keep it please boyycot snd get bank to refund you.
