Avoid them at all costs

I’m going to use the cliché if I could give no stars I would because it’s appropriate for this company. They didn’t show up the first time they were meant to pick up my bed so I wasted a day off for nothing. Took 7 weeks of back and forth to get a new date for them to collect my bed. They didn’t show up again and then two days later at 9:45 pm took the bed, smashed the bed off the hinge of the front door and took half the leaves off of the bush next to it. Not only that but the delivery drivers were incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Disappointed to see that they have such a low rating as I didn’t have a choice in them being the courier for my bed. All I can say as a word of advice is AVOID DIVAN BED WAREHOUSE at all costs!

Terrible service

Terrible service. Cancelled my original delivery date even though I confirmed accepting the date by email and text. Then pushed delivery 3 days with a time slot of 11-2pm (eta 1:23pm). Did not show up until 5:10 and did not assemble the bed even though I paid the extra £60 for assembly.

Pretty sure they’re a scam.

Was told that my delivery would be between 3-6pm, with an estimated time of 4:05.
It’s 7:10 and I’m still waiting.
I’ve tried calling and emailing and can not get through to anyone.
The tracking doesn’t work and I’ve had no contact from the delivery drivers to let me know when they’re arriving.
All the reviews I’ve read are absolutely shocking and I definitely feel like I’ve been scammed.
Edited: my bed came at 8.30, had a call 20 mins before they arrived. The 2 men seemed lovely, just a shame that everything else was such a let down.
Won’t be ordering from divan bed warehouse again.

Missing Mattress

Delivery was late, no tracking - 2 guys took the bed upstairs as agreed . Went up to install to find there was a missing mattress . No one answers the calls or emails - fuming !

Extremely Poor Service

Extremely Poor Service – Avoid Falcon 2 Man (falcon2man.co.uk)

Absolutely terrible experience with Falcon 2 Man. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

They provided a delivery date and time window, but never showed up on time and didn’t bother to update me or communicate any delays. When the bed was finally delivered on 23/10/2025, the delivery driver said he didn’t know how to assemble it — even though I had paid extra for assembly. He claimed he wasn’t told to do that.

This company is apparently a delivery partner for Divan Bed Warehouse, but their drivers were rude and completely unprofessional. Trying to contact their customer service was a nightmare — you wait on hold for 20 minutes only for the call to disconnect automatically. No one ever answers, and there’s no way to get help.

To make matters worse, they managed to find my address for delivery but “couldn’t find it” for the assembly appointment. The assembly was rescheduled twice, and they failed to show up both times, wasting two full days of my time.

I honestly don’t understand why any retailer would continue to use Falcon 2 Man as a delivery partner. They have no dedicated customer service, no accountability, and rude, untrained drivers.

After checking online, I found that many other customers have had the same bad experience — missed deliveries, no communication, and incomplete service. Clearly, this company doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

If you’re considering using Falcon 2 Man (falcon2man.co.uk), don’t do it. Save yourself the frustration and go with a company that actually values its customers.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. They pose as a delivery service, but they do not exist in any real, functional capacity. There is no way to contact a human being—the phone is never answered, and emails receive only automated replies. All my attempts to get a real response have been ignored. Do not waste your time or money; this is a fraudulent operation.

Incompetent delivery!

Incompetent delivery!! Delivery date and time set a week before. I have not received the delivery. Called them but no answer. Called the merchant and all they can say is they will contact the delivery.

Pretty poor service

We were advised by this company that our delivery was scheduled between 0800 and 11.00am on a Saturday.
That was perfect for us as we had an appointment at 2.00pm. 11.30 still no delivery. Couldn’t find a number to call the company. Sent an email but no response. Called the Bed Warehouse and they told me that they would be with me shortly between 1.30 and 2pm due to issues on the motorway. 2.10. Came and went so I missed my appointment! Called again and was told they would be with me in half an hour! I asked where the driver was and they refused to tell me!! No more contact after that a at 18.50 hours they finally turned up. No apology or anything! Don’t expect them to turn up within a scheduled time! 8 hours late!

Am still waiting for a delivery of my bed was supposed to be between 7-10 am this morning now 3pm tracking link dose not work no one picked up phone just get music on hold then cuts you off wish I had read trustpilot first before ordering my bed from Divan bed warehouse if I had known they use this delivery company I would not have placed my order !!

avoid this firm like the plague

absolute rubbish delivery firm orded bed from divan bed wharehouse delivery was arranged for 31/08/2025 recieved notifaction that on day that we were next for delivery expect van in 29 minutes they never arrived when tracker checked they never left the depot they wont answer emails wont answer phones avoid this firm you have been warned read there reviews

This company should be banned from the internet. it promises delivery within seven working days and then gives a delivery date weeks later .I have tried to cancel on the Monday after placing an order the previous Friday only to be told i will be charged a £60 cancellation because they can not deliver on time. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE

Paid £60 for them to take the old bed away. Delivery came said they couldn’t take the old bed away as no room on the van(clearly there was) said they would come back that afternoon they didn’t nor the next two days. Tried ringing and oh boy 4 days trying to get through eventually I did and was told it would be another 5 days until they was in the area so I accepted the refund yes you guessed it still waiting 2 weeks later. Tried so many times but all you get is music and then your cut off DO NOT USE this company they are absolutely diabolical

Horrendous

Horrendous. Communication abysmal. Cannot get through to anyone. Incorrect tracking. Awful. Do not use and don’t use divan bed warehouse either because they go through these idiots.

Same as all the other reviews . Given time slot 11-2pm with an estimate arrival of 11.23am . Tried to call the company when no arrival by 2pm . You are put on hold then cut off after 5 mins . Mattress did arrive at 5pm and they called 10 mins before . Just think they should give a more accurate timing on the day ? Or just say it will arrive at some point in the day . Then no expections .

Numerous problems with bed delivery

Had numerous problems with this company. The first day they were meant to deliver they texted at 8am saying they’d be 15 minutes and they never showed up. They don’t answer their phones and the email address bounced back so no way to contact them. I was awaiting an order from divan bed warehouse, who I had to chase twice to get a new delivery date and after being told it would be booked as a ‘priority’ the new date was 10 days later!! They then didn’t arrive in the set time and had no communication when they were on their way. After placing the order on 16th August I finally received it over a month later on 18th September.

Bed recieved 2.5 hours after time slot

After reading the reviews, I was not very optimistic. My husband finished work to be home by 2 p.m., as the delivery window was scheduled for 2 to 5 p.m.

When the delivery did not arrive, I attempted to call after 5 p.m., but was placed on hold. Like many others, I had begun to believe that the bed would not be delivered.

At 6:50 p.m., I received a call from a private number informing me that they were half an hour away. Considering we were home for the evening, this was not too concerning, and I was relieved that the bed would arrive. The delivery men brought the bed to the room I had requested and were friendly. They still had four more deliveries to make and mentioned that the rain had caused some delays. While the service could be improved, I did not find it to be particularly bad. If I had not read the reviews, especially considering the storm we experienced today, I would not have been as concerned.

Like others I was given a time slot today 9-12 and still waiting. No reply to phone calls or emails. Have taken day off for nothing. Absolutely fuming . If I could give this company 0 rating I would

Awful service

It took ages from ordering the bed to actually getting a delivery date. When I eventually got it, it was 2 weeks away. Booked the day off work. Day before delivery received an email saying thank you for your cancellation of your delivery!!!!!!! Absolute bs......
Rang customer service kept me on the line 3 times with awful irritating music in the background for 10 minutes each time and then they hung up......
At this point don't know whether my £700 bed is coming or not.

Not fit for purpose

Not fit for purpose. Delivery was confirmed for between 8-11am today. No show. No staff to answer phones, just cuts off after being left on hold. No staff to answer phones at retailer either. Finally received a reply to my email saying delivery scheduled for Sunday - 6 days later than planned. Hopeless company.
