Fantastic Service

I speak purely from personal experience of a first class service from this company.
I ordered a heavily discounted football shirt on a Friday morning and received it within twenty four hours - can’t beat that.
Great quality / correct sizing and a genuine item. Really happy with my purchase but more so with the speed/ service from this company.

Fanatics is not for the fans.

Fanatics took over as the supplier of WWE merchandise a few years back and since then it's all gone downhill. Orders aren't fulfilled in the promised time with constant emails to say there have been delays, often it's to say there have been issues with stock, yet they advertise it, so if there's no stock why is it advertised.

The amount of merchandise has shrank since moving to fanatics as well, when it was WWE Euroshop there were a lot more options, particularly for the lesser superstars.

The discounts offered as well during premium events is awful. It used to be buy one get one free or 50% discount. These days free shipping is as good as it gets, and then the shipping is late.

It's not just WWE either, NFL, NBA and even the occasional football shirt are hit with constant delays and the quality of the finish has gotten worse. Rather than stitched numbers we now get terrible iron on numbers that peel off after 2 or 3 washes. Overall it's a company I won't be buying from regardless of the licenses they have as they are just a cowboy company.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible ordering process, exorbitant prices and shipping charges, unreliable order processing, no shipping details ever provided, and essentially no customer service. Three weeks later, I still have no information regarding my order, cannot initiate a refund, and have not received the product I have paid for. Unable to contact them other via chat bot. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Poor Customer Service Despite Premium Pricing

I purchased a FootJoy jacket through the official R&A shop (Order 279-5841-1820) for a total amount of €257.

After wearing it only a few times, one of the seams came undone. The finishing clearly shows that the stitching was made too close to the edge of the fabric, which indicates a manufacturing defect rather than normal wear and tear.

Despite this, customer service refused to take responsibility because the 45-day damage reporting window had passed. However, this type of defect could not reasonably have been detected at the time of delivery and only became visible after limited use.

For a product at this price level, I expected significantly better quality and durability, as well as a more reasonable approach when a clear manufacturing defect is involved.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of an appropriate commercial solution.

Extrem schlechte Erfahrung – unklare Prozesse, unnötige Kosten, wochenlange Wartezeit auf Rückerstattung

Ich habe bei Fanatics eine meiner bisher schlechtesten Online‑Shopping‑Erfahrungen gemacht. Meine Bestellung vom 14.12. (Warenwert über 400 €) habe ich bereits eine Stunde nach Aufgabe vollständig storniert, weil wir uns für ein anderes Geschenk entschieden hatten. Trotzdem wurde die Stornierung nur teilweise akzeptiert, und mir wurden vier T‑Shirts zugeschickt, die ich nie haben wollte. Für die Rücksendung sollte ich dann zwei getrennte Pakete an dieselbe Adresse schicken – jedes für 7 €, obwohl ich alle Artikel problemlos in einem Paket für 4,19 € hätte zurücksenden können. Ohne das Bezahlen dieser Labels war der Rücksendeprozess aber nicht möglich. Dadurch entstanden mir unnötige Zusatzkosten, die komplett vermeidbar gewesen wären. Auf meine E‑Mails habe ich wochenlang keine Antwort erhalten.
Insgesamt wirkt der gesamte Prozess chaotisch, kundenunfreundlich und völlig intransparent. Ich musste viel Zeit investieren, unnötige Kosten tragen und warte immer noch auf mein Geld. Für mich steht fest: Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen.

Very bad company

They gave me an invalid tracking number.
The package was returned to fanatics and they could not reship the package back to me. They offered a refund that would take 2 weeks.
I will NEVER EVER BUY FROM FANATICS AGAIN

No response from customer service

Ordered 3 items before Christmas, 2 arrived, 1 was the wrong thing, the third didn't arrive at all. No response from customer service to 4 emails, had to open a credit card dispute.

Nice products but very poor returns &…

Nice products but very poor returns & refunds process. The returns portal does not seem to work despite a dozen attempts over the last three days.
I contacted customers services online on two occasions and have not had any resolutions.

Schlechter Kundenservice

Support, gefühlt nur automatisierte Antworten.
Ich wollte gerne das Trikot behalten, weil es sonst nur weggeschmissen wird. Nachlass gerade mal 20%, das sind gerade mal die Versandkosten gewesen. Neues Angebot unterbreitet und keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Bleibt wohl nur, das Trikot dem Müll zuzuführen um nicht den Vollpreis für einen Produktfehler bezahlen zu müssen. Als langjähriger Kunde ist das auf jeden Fall, meine letzte Bestellung bei dem Laden.

Very poor overall, item didn’t arrive and lost money

Very poor service, the item never arrived and I had to chase it up. The customer service was extremely difficult with multiple emails. Most of which did not reply, and when they did I was with a different person. Ultimately ended with no item wasted months in time and refund which was less then I purchased the item due to currency conversion difference due to the time period that has past.
I would actively recommend you avoid doing business with Fanatics.

Made order on Aug 1st

Made order on Aug 1st, 4 items. 2 arrive on 5th as promised but shirt & shorts did not. Given new dates 7th for shorts & 11th for my Leeds utd away shirt. No delivery on 7th, I contact on the 8th & ask if they are being shipped with my shirt . I am told ths is the case. No delivery on 11th, I call again, promised 12th. Nothing arrives again so I call. Appologies & promises again, given DPD delivery cost of £ 8:95 back as a sorry. 9:45pm I get a mail telling me they are shipped. During the night various messages are sent to me & I awake to find my delivery is now delayed.. I cannot face talking to them so I mail. Another Sorry & a £12::60 refund (( yet to happen ) is given . 10% of the 2 outstanding items. I hear nothing so call on Saturday 16th. More falsehoods, I first get told it had been cancelledl, then that the order mistake was actually due to it being made twice by them trying to fix it.& that there was no team leader to help. Everytime the leader is either off due to illness, on holiday, any excuse they can make up on the spot ,whatever,not once has there been any senior person available or anything done. After the call I got a voucher sent to me.
All very nice gestures but nothing at alll done in getting my order out to me. I call again today & have phone out down on me. I call back & it seems I have actually got somebody decent this time. I am promised a phone call back within 4 hours to be given details. It did not happen. I send another mail.no reply to there, yet 15 mins later I get a seperate mail sent, saying no need to contact them anyymore as they are working dilligentlly to resolve it 😂😂😂..
5 of my friends all ordered up to 5 days after me .I have theiir order numbers,dates etc .They all have theirs. I had a account with LUFC previously only ever had 1 minor snag in all the of the years.whch was sorted & couried to me the very same day. Fanatics have destroyed my order history ( it now does not exist ) I believe I coud have bought a 2nd house in surrey with what I have spent over the 53 yrs. This is Fanatics. Not only LUFC but any club associated with them need to get them gone ASAP...The worst company I have ever dealt with in my 61 yrs of life.
I am Autistic & have severe mental health issues..This along with the theft of the items not associated with them has broken me. I phoned in crisis, they know my situation . Yet, they could not give a Jott. They just continue their lies & excuses.. A total shambles is nowhere near what they are..DAY 18 still waiting . Disgusting
Edit : Day 19 . The 10% of my outstanding delivery value of £12:60 just got refunded. I do actually feel a little sorry for the staff who have been systematically trained to lie. If my order arrives this week they ay get upgraded to 2 stars ,maybe even 3 ,due to Leeds winning last night & me being in a generous & forgiving mood ..
EDIT : After lie upon lie, false promise after false promise, now day 23 the only option they said they have is to fully refund me. I get quoted it will be in full yet,they then deduct all of the 3 small refunds already gjven from that amount when I recieve their confirmation email. So 3 weeks of suffering for nothing . I now don't even have any form of appology or remitence for my stress or for my time taken waiting anymore & waiting for non-deliveries as promised..
Vile & disgraceful company that just do not care in the slightest at all.
Aug 27th : Only option left last Saturday 23rd ,was to cancel the order ,the poor girl admitted there was nothing they could do to helpa any further. The warehouse promised faithfully they would be sent out & I would be called within 72 hrs. That deadkine was friday the 22nd .Neither happened .. after speaking with ger I got quoted an ammount to be refunded ,it was short by £20 so I called back in tears. Eventually I was listened to fully for the very first time & got a call back ,first time also. They wanted tk make ammends.
They gave me in 5 parts over the time period refunds the final ones being on the 23rd of my entire order balance. So I got my mug & scarf for free because of the experience I suffered. Today I recieved 3 small gifts, from Fanatics which I kindly passed on to a young relative,who is truly delighted. Gratitude should always be shared.
I have gone back & purchased all 3 shiirts today ( withoutprinting) which were heavily disscounted by their wonderful voucher gjft .
They turned jt around, but jt should be like this always.
I am truly grateful for the wonnderful gentleman who I spoke with & whom called me on Saturday ,with such compassion. I am also very deeply touched & moved by the wonderful message that I recieved from Rei, who contacted me via mail shortly afterwards..
Fantastic, how it eventually got turned around but a real shame it was allowed to happen
I cannot give less than 3 stars but also no higher, due to what occured.
I dearly hope my next review is a 5 * one.***

Ordered a shirt from the UK

Ordered a shirt from the UK — sizing guide was completely off, shirt was too big. I live in the Netherlands and was told I must cover the return cost of £10 (€12), which is half the price of the shirt. Even after a refund, I’ll still be out of pocket about £18 (€21) when factoring in both delivery and return costs. Disappointing experience — I would recommend avoiding.

I received a damaged item and had to return it. The return portal doesn’t work, so they tell you to pay for the return yourself. I returned the item 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund. Customer service sends you around in circles, to the point where the only way to get your money back is to file a Section 75 claim with your credit card provider. The ordering process is fine, but if something goes wrong, you’re completely on your own.

In diesem Leben werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen!

Inkompetenz trifft auf arrogante Dreistigkeit bei Retouren und Rückzahlungen. Bestellt lieber anderswo.

Ich habe Fanatics mehrfach über Wochen, um die Rückzahlung gebeten und aufgefordert. Das wurde einfach penetrant ignoriert. Nun ist eine weitere schlechte Bewertung öffentlich sichtbar und plötzlich bittet Fanatics um weitere Informationen via Trustpilot? Lächerlich, inkompetent und ignorant!

I gave them one star cause 0 wasn't an option. Their business model and service is so poor you have better chance giving you're money to a homeless bum at a train station. At least you have better chance at getting something back. Don't order through them direct or Rebel sport they will both leave you disappointed!

Inacceptable !

j'ai voulu retourné un T-shirt qui était trop ajusté, non décrit comme tel. Ils me proposaient de me rembourser le prix payé sans les frais de livraison (près de 7 euros) et avec les frais de retour à ma charge de près de 11 euros ! Jamais vu ! Inacceptable ! Site à fuir !
