Ordered silver T bar necklace, and it arrived two days later, fast efficient service, packaging was complete no rips or tears and pendant is beautiful, would order again from Farrar & Tanner.

After a bad start having an item delivered with with a broken zip pull and the broken bits put inside the zipped area. I then drove to their actual store in Cheltenham to see what they could do about it as it was an anniversary gift and I needed a resolution as soon as humanly possible. After a sincere apology I was asked if a replacement would be acceptable, which I agreed to. What I wasn’t expecting was the replacement and personalisation would be done while I waited. Now that is what I call excellent customer service also a refund for gift packaging and post. Thank you so much for sorting everything out there and then. Will definitely be buying more of your items soon.

I ordered a personalized bottle of port through these, through no fault of their own there was an issue with the delivery (Royal Mail) & it ended up being returned to sender, I called in & spoke to the most helpful / courteous couple of ladies & before they`d even taken receipt of the original returned item they engraved another & had it posted out to me. exemplary service & I for one will be using Farrar & Tanner again.

Good quality product value for money and speedy delivery

The pieces for my backgammon board were incorrectly sized. This made playing with them very inconvenient, a rather sour note on an otherwise decent product. I’m in the process of replacing them and may delete this review if they resolve the issue.

Travel bag a gift for my husband that I forgot to order but paid the next day extra delivery charge and it arrived first thing on his Birthday to open along with his other presents. Quality of the bag is lovely and he used it a few days later replacing a very old tatty one.
