Good price, fast service, great product. What's not to like?

Be aware that they offer an extended returns policy up to 60 days (28 for sale items), which enables them to avoid provisions of statutory returns under the Consumer Contract Regulations and therefore keep the original postage cost if an item is returned after 14 days. You also have to pay for the return, so the total cost to the customer of returning an item is £8 (£4.50 delivery and £3.50 to return). This is not made clear on their website. The comparable cost for many companies is zero, or much less than £8.
I did receive my refund (for the item only), but only after chasing it up 10 days after they received my item back. They had emailed, and my online account said I had been refunded two days after they received the item back. This makes me suspect that they are one of those companies who only issue refunds when the customer requests, because many people will receive their reassuring email, but not actually check their bank account.
Based on my experience I am left with the impression that this company is chasing financial gain at the expense of customer relations / retention. I do not recommend them.

Really great shop, impressive selection of quality brands, and helpful staff. Went in looking for a specific size that I saw on the website. Didn't have it in stock in the shop and advised it was in the warehouse. Easily delivered next day so ordered on line to secure the item and collected it next day.

Have bought multiple items from the store ,staff are always friendly and approachable for advice and general queries. Recently bought a pair of jeans today and the man in the store was a great help telling me all about the different styles ect..

My first time visiting the store and I couldn’t be more happy with the experience! Plenty of sizes available across brands, especially for bigger folk and the advisor I spoke to was polite, helpful and gave me time when I needed it. I left with what I was looking for. Certainly worth a visit and I’ll be back again! (:

Item purchased 27 March. RM completely messed up delivery ( not FB fault). When I contacted FB was told a refund could not be processed until item received back. FB requested item back from RM. So I would not receive it. Still no refund, so I opened a case with PayPal. Received a passive aggressive email from FB, stating a refund would not now be processed and they have until 17th to respond. Item has been delivered back to FB on 10th. Email sent, asking for a refund. Yet another passive aggressive email stating “they are a chat bot and not programmed to be so” (funny eh?). So FB has their item back, and my money, refund granted via PayPal on 15th. Disgusting non customer service. (Need to train your chat bot) Will not use again, will not recommend.
