Arrived on time, size is accurate, item matches description and advertising photograph. Well pleased

I’m very disappointed with fat chimp. If you’re going to order a statue as a leaving present order it 2 months in advance because it will take minimum 6 weeks. Although the website states 2 and a half weeks. To top it off when the order came the plaque was wrong. The communication is awful aswell, takes days to get a response from them. Overall not a good experience at all I will not be using them again and will definitely not recommend them to anyone tbh. There is also no contact number for them you have to rely on emails.

Love the T shirt good quality, delivered quickly. However very disappointed you didn't add the smiling 😊 face I asked for.

I just can't say enough!!
They sent me the perfect slightly altered t-shirt design and wow, just WOW on the customer service and product quality.
All I can recommend to anyone is, if you're unsure - reach out and talk to the people at Fat Chimp.
They can move mountains... I will be a returning customer for sure.
Seriously - this is by far one of the better t-shirt companies out there.

Ordered a shirt and it was delivered quickly and found to be as described.

Supplies an item not as portrayed in the companies advertising images.
The company has even attempted to right its wrong by supplying another item (of the same as originally purchased) but it is the same as the first, not as imaged on its website for purchase.
Less than impressed, despite a second item being despatched.

Nothing received and no answer to numerous emails, £170 down the drain, disappointing, they're happy to bombard me with advertising emails tho

I have emailed them directly and through there website as I ordered the wrong item but they are not acknowledging any of the emails. Very poor communication.

The product was very nice, I cant argue with that, well sort of.
I ordered what I thought was going to be a model of a Glock 17 on a grey plinth, when it arrived it was on a brown wooden plinth.
Then I realise that the product was delivered from a different company, not Fat Chimp. This is where I query the price. I paid just under £110 for the the grey plinthed display, go online and the 3rd party company that it was delivered from charge just under £70 for the one I received.
I'd just like an explanation.
