Great customer service!
I called for technical/parts help and got a super helpful guy on the phone. He didn’t mention his name, but he was very patient and walked me through my issue with my fire pit and the parts I needed to fix it. The website was super easy to order off of. A great experience all around!

Shipping was a bit confusing. I got a couple of conflicting emails about the delivery status. Final delivery was good, but was surprised why it seemed so complicated.

Missing some pieces
Shipping was great. But there were pieces missing from the package. There were no "feet" that the panels rest on. There was not any "caution-hot" sign as described in the instructions as necessary to place on a panel.

Great fire pit but order way more rock
We’re very happy with the quality of this fire pit and the friendly customer service. Only thing to note is they recommended 2 bags of rock for our 36x36 fire pit and it ended up taking 5-6 bags after 2 additional orders.
