The pre and post sale customer service…
The pre and post sale customer service is outstanding! I'm a homeowner and wanted to upgrade my existing firepit to an electronic control system, for both safety and convenience. I had a lot of technical questions beforehand as the system I was looking at is from a different manufacturer then my existing firepit. Matt G took the time to lookup my firepit and provide guidance on everything from sizing to where the pilot assembly should be installed. After the sale and the quick delivery he was still available to answer questions around transformer sizing. I would and will be ordering from them again because of Matt specifically.

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately this can be missed at times. When items are placed into carts from our website, it does show the estimated shipping dates. It also shows this same estimated shipping date in your order acknowledgment once you checkout. Looking at your order for this specific item it did show that the estimated ship date would not be until early November. This was not a bait n switch tactic, or anything that was unethical as it was stated in the cart before the order had been placed. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Disappointed in shipping
Ordered in the 11th. Was supposed to arrive by the 20th. Wasn’t even shipped until the 18th and won’t be delivered until the 22nd. Ridiculous that it takes 10 business days plus a weekend to arrive.

Talked briefly with them a few weeks back, then again today and they answered all my questions. They even helped with some design questions. Justin the salesman followed up about an hr. later with more feed back for me. Said should ship tomorrow, but instead made it out today. So excited to complete this project. Guided me through the process to pick out the correct kit for my new fireplace. I would’ve given five stars, but I was told the day of my order that it would ship the next day, and that all components were in stock. That was not true, and I had to find out many days later that it would be delayed. I have workers on site, completing a patio project and thought it would be here ahead of schedule.

Poor customer service.
I made a mistake on the order and immediately emailed customer service over the weekend. I email again this morning, as a follow up, with no response. This afternoon, I received a shipping confirmation for the original order, without the requested changes, which means the wrong items have been shipped. I will be requesting a refund.
