It is lovely to hear that you found the service both professional & friendly. Fire safety is a serious subject but we do try to make it as easy to manage as possible as you do need to be able to understand what you need to do and why. Thank you for taking the time to send in a review.
They use a generic document to report back and it’s not value for koney
They use a generic document to report back which is fine but massively overpriced for what we have received. Having previously used this company the person inspecting seems to either have forgotten or completely disregarded the fact that we already use their fire log and complete it fully. Yet the report he produced says that we aren’t doing it. Also he was shown our emergency pack for firefighters, that all staff are fire trained and much more than can mention here but he completed the report as though none of that was in place. Plus had to wait weeks after paying in order to receive this pretty much generic report that hasn’t been updated properly. Not good value for money and we definetly won’t use them again.

Thank you for your feedback & raising your concerns. We do ask clients to contact us directly if they have any queries/issues with their report, once they've had time to review it as generally we can resolve these.
Having looked through the report I can see a number of areas have been raised for action. As this is a new premises for yourselves this is not unusual, as it can take time to get everything in place, especially if you're inheriting a number of issues from the previous occupier. In many cases that's what our clients use our reports for, when they first occupy a premises, as it gives them a clear action plan of what is required and which areas to focus on initially.
Your report does highlight where testing & servicing has been carried out, which will have been taken from your logbook & where an action has been raised, the assessor has given an explanation why, or what needs addressing with existing policies to make sure they are relevant to your new situation.
Whilst the report does follow a set format, so that it is easy for clients to find the information they need, your report is certainly not generic, as the assessor has been very clear in his explanation of what action is required specifically for your premises.
I will send you an email directly, regarding the findings of my review of your report, which will hopefully resolve some of the points you raised.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Their customer service is very responsive, and booking couldn't have been made any easier. The assessor who visited was professional and informative, and the subsequent report is very comprehensive. An added bonus is the free online fire safety training for all my staff.
