ABSOLUTELY ridiculous Company. Never reply on emails. Communication doesn’t exist. Collected thousands of pounds from residents at collage yard WATFORD for work we never SEEN !

Wellside Place Falkirk retirement housing has provided the perfect housing situation for me. From information at the buying stage to assistance in settling in Janet the Manager has been excellent. She is so friendly, caring and approachable and provides the right level of support and attention without being intrusive. Family have peace of mind that i am safe and secure and know that in an urgent situation Janet or the out of hours team are on hand to assist. I would strongly recommend this development.

My solicitor and myself have been trying to get hold of firstport for over 6 weeks now! I have paid them £216 for a management pack which they still haven't sent to my solicitors. This is disgraceful, I could lose my sale and purchase because of this.

Waiting 5 weeks for First port to reply to daily requests to send buildings insurance doc, by my solicitor...there is no phone number.....its a shambles, my sale about to fall through because we cannot exchange without it.
If my sale falls apart, and my buyer walks away, due to their continual lack of response, I suggest you do what I will do if this happens....I will sue them for all expenses involved plus emotional distress......they haven't got a leg to stand on...if everyone does this, it might wake them up to the fact that they cannot treat people this way and get away with it. Terrible service, I urgently need help getting the ground floor window to my flat fixed as its a large window stuck open and therefore a massive security risk to the entire building ... and after a week no progress has been made at all and I have been unable to leave my flat. No one on the phone is able to take any action and I have gone via 3 different property managers now - they don't seem to care about the people living in the flats they manage at all.

Terrible inneficient company- NO RESPONSE to calls or emails - for passing the buck they get 5 stars- Always very suspicious when a company keep changing their name, Charging for their services is increasing and since we purchased the appt. the company have been run by amateurs. Look for First Port investigation on - could be useful

Firstport won’t pick up the phones or reply to your emails. We’re loosing our sale here because of this terrible management company I desperately need information on our management pack and no one has got back to my or my solicitor.

I too cannot get any response to emails nor can I get through on the phone about demands for service charges for a property that was sold in June. I’m fed up with ringing and emailing to a brick wall…

Regret this is a very bad company. As a freeholder, I had no choice but to accept their appointment as a matter of fact. Customer Service is POOR. Unable to contact them via phone. E-mails remain unanswered. Who regulates this shower?

Words are not enough to explain how bad this company is, worst customer services in the world, least helpful staff, and arrogant management.

I believe formal investigation should take place against this company, they simply take advantage.

My solicitor has been waiting for the return of legal documents pertaining to the sale of my flat for more than two weeks. If these documents are not signed and returned soon I will lose the sale and incur significant additional costs. FirstPort have failed to respond to emails, online messages and never answer the phones. How is it that this company is allowed to continue operating without detailed investigation into their operating practices and continued failings?

I wish I could put no stars, I paid for a management pack 3 months ago which I am still waiting for despite there being a ‘5 day’ turnaround. No one replies to emails, no one answers the phone. I have never ever received such appalling service for something I have actually paid for!!!! I am about to lose the sale of my property because FirstPort cannot send a simple management pack.

I have paid for a management pack back in May and 4 months later I am still waiting for the paper work!
My sale is about to fall through and no one willing to help?! All emails and calls also ignored!

UPDATE! I have finally received the documents so the flat is insured. Took nearly 20 days+ until receipt. I shall be organising my next mortgage months in advance! Thank you

Still waiting for the valid building insurance I paid £370 for a month ago.

Is my flat that’s in a block insured? Who knows!!! The fact that FirstPort aren’t responding isn’t exactly filling me confidence. How many other properties don’t have valid insurance. Worrying times.

First Port Home Transfer are refusing to get back to solicitors quickly with apportionment figures on a flat purchase. 2 days to go until completion and they have consistently given the wrong information and fail to respond in timely manner. Not a good sign as I am about to buy this property. Have serious misgivings about this purchase now.

Firstport are just LYING all the time. They propose certain measures to increase costs for residents and thereby increasing their own profits, and they pass these measures against residents' will. First, they remove bulk collection areas rather than charging industrial spaces that use them (the charge is included in service charge). Second, they transfer the property manager post to a caretaker and thereby reducing the costs of daily maintenance stuff but also reducing the quality of followup and linking with external contractors and residents. Third, they decide to just make you PAY in order to have someone visit you or if you want to produce a permit for your own bay (they say you can opt your bay out of this but if someone parks in it, then you go park somewhere else, you'll be fined). NO MORE PARKING enforcement, no more lies, first port. You're an absolute shame of a company and you should be taken to court for all your shambles.

Firstport are crooks. They will never send you audit trails or invoices on time where you can discover their deceit. They have lied about management preparation fees. They loose invoices when you ask about them. Can never be trusted.

It would seem the best way to make contact with someone a FP it to make a complaint on here, it worked in my case as no replies to 4 emails and 1 phone and the reply to that was "I will call you back" that wea 2 days ago
