Ash was really helpful, friendly and went about his work in a diligent manner. He solved the issue in no time and then checked the rest of the machine for any other potential issues.

Adam could not have been more efficient, polite, and considerate.
He made sure that everything was done to a high standard, ensured that the appliance was completely level. Cleared up after the job and I would recommend him to any company who wishes to take him on as a service engineer :)

The engineers were knowledgable. They kept me informed of their time of arrival, were very tidy and let me k ow exactly what they were doing.

I received a call on the Friday before they were coming on the Monday to see if we could accommodate the fridge engineer on the Saturday (the next day) delighted to have it fixed sooner we agreed. The engineer Adam was excellent and solved the alarm issue with spanner showing within 3/4 of an hour. He also asked us if we had any other issues. We were concerned that the ice machine wasn't making ice quickly so he took that apart and cleared the compacted ice for us. Superb customer service 👌 would highly recommend the brand as well as the aftercare. 100% satisfaction.

I booked a Fisher & Paykel maintenance appointment because I’d been having problems with my fridge freezer for quite some time.

The whole process was so easy and professional. I received an instant email confirming my appointment, followed by a reminder the day before. On the day, I was even able to track the engineer’s journey so I knew exactly when he was on his way.

When he arrived, he identified himself, was extremely polite and helpful, and quickly identified and fixed the problems I’d been experiencing for quite a while.

Jesse came to fix our refrigerator as the ice compartment wasn’t working. Lovely and friendly, super efficient and problem solved with an attitude of call me immediately if it isn’t. Great service and on time - perfect!

I’ve the draw dishwasher that bleeped an error code.
Dean phoned on the morning to give a closer time that he would arrived. He had the correct part for the error code and explained they why and how of the motor not working.
He was tidy and thorough.
