Love the Product/Hate the Company
I genuinely love this company’s products. Unfortunately, I’m completely done with the company itself.
They send me promotional emails constantly—sometimes every single day. I have unsubscribed repeatedly, contacted them directly about the problem, and even forwarded their emails to junk/spam. Despite all of that, the emails keep coming.
At this point, it’s not marketing—it’s harassment by email.
It’s incredibly frustrating because I actually like the products and would have continued buying from them. Instead, their relentless refusal to honor my unsubscribe requests has completely driven me away.
Great products. Absolutely terrible email marketing practices. I’m done.
