Scott Phillip lied and switched prices
Scott Phillip lied and switched prices. It seems Flight for All made more money than the airline. I was given a price and then I was told that didn’t work so we had to switch prices. Shortly after giving our credit card info we mysteriously had 15-20 uses of our card. I did t use this credit card for anything else. Fraud I think!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about your concerns and regret that your recent experience did not meet expectations. At FlightForAll.com, transparency and trust are cornerstones of our service, and we take such allegations very seriously.
We would like to clarify a few important points:
Fare Dynamism – Airline fares are highly dynamic and can change within minutes due to demand, availability, and airline-controlled inventory. While we always strive to secure the fare initially quoted, there are occasions when airlines update their pricing before a booking is finalized. In such cases, we promptly inform customers and provide the most competitive alternative available.
Competitive Pricing – Our platform is designed to offer travelers savings compared to direct airline bookings. Many of our customers benefit from lower fares and added value through our negotiated rates and service efficiencies.
Secure Payment Practices – FlightForAll.com uses industry‑standard, encrypted payment gateways to process transactions. We do not store card details, nor do we engage in unauthorized charges. Any fraudulent activity on a card after use is unrelated to our systems, and we strongly recommend reviewing the list of merchants who attempted charges and contacting your card‑issuing bank for immediate resolution.
Long‑Standing Integrity – We have been in business for many years, serving thousands of satisfied travelers worldwide. We do not indulge in malpractices, and our reputation is built on professionalism, reliability, and customer trust.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience you faced and encourage you to reach out to our customer support team with transaction details so we can assist in clarifying the matter further. Your trust is important to us, and we remain committed to ensuring safe, transparent, and value‑driven travel experiences for all our customers.

Easy booking process
It was a great experience to have M. Rick White to walk me through the research and purchase my flight tickets. He was able to find me the flight from the airport I prefered. This process did not take to long to be solved. The price was relatively one of the best. The only thing I am waiting for is the service on the flight.

Didn't honor website pricing
Booked a flight on Flightforall, then 3 days later they called me and said that flight was sold out in basic economy but they could get us in main economy for $150 more. Not impressed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with FlightForAll.com. We sincerely regret the frustration caused by the change in fare after your booking. Transparency and consistency in pricing are values we take very seriously, and we understand how disappointing it must have been to receive a call about the fare adjustment.
What happened in your case was due to limited seat availability in the Basic Economy category. Occasionally, airlines close inventory after a booking request is made, and while our system reflects the most current fares available at the time of booking, there can be a delay in confirmation from the airline. This led to the unfortunate situation where the Basic Economy seats were no longer available, and only Main Economy remained at a higher cost.
We recognize that this is not the seamless experience you expected, and we are actively working on improving our booking technology to minimize such occurrences. Your feedback helps us identify where we need to strengthen our processes, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
We hope you’ll allow us another opportunity to serve you with the level of reliability and care that we strive to deliver. Should you wish to discuss this further or explore options for future travel, our customer care team would be glad to assist.

Not the best experience
Not the best experience. We went to this website because it offered flights for a little bit cheaper than booking directly with Southwest but a couple of days after booking AND paying, I was contacted to let me know that my flights for that price advertised was no longer available. I was told I would have to pay over $400 more for the same round trip flights. I was also told that paying more would allow me to pick our seats ahead of time so I agreed although this ended up not saving any money from just booking with Southwest directly (which may I add would have been a whole lot simpler.) Well, after paying the difference, I looked up my reservation with Southwest and seats are NOT included, I have to pay to pick them before check in. I regret using this site and would have paid the same to just book with Southwest directly.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We truly regret that your booking journey did not feel seamless and that the expectations around fare availability and seating were not met.
Airline fares are highly dynamic and can change rapidly based on demand and inventory, which sometimes results in advertised fares becoming unavailable shortly after booking attempts. In such cases, our team works to provide the closest available alternatives, but we understand that this can feel frustrating when the final cost aligns with booking directly through the airline.
Regarding seat selection, we apologize for any miscommunication. While certain fare classes may include advance seat assignments, others—particularly with Southwest—require separate purchase or are only available during check‑in. We will be reviewing this internally to ensure clearer communication so that customers have full transparency before making decisions.
Your feedback is invaluable, as it highlights areas where we can improve both our processes and the clarity of information provided. We appreciate you giving FlightForAll.com a try, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again with a smoother, more straightforward experience.

The old bait and switch
I first went on this sight through cheapflights.com. I selected 3 tickets at $251.60 round trip per person from Virginia to Puerto Rico in November. I was like this is a great price. I kept checking to make sure it went through, it kept saying pending processing. So I called in and got Scott Phillips. He as a person was awesome but when I tell you they did a quick bait and switch on me and charged an additional $198.00 per person to my request. Granted the Southwest site did have a higher amount if I booked directly through them I wasn’t given the price I was initially quoted. So the staff was awesome but the way they trick you into buying from them is insane. I wasn’t really ready to get my tickets just checking for great pricing and I thought that’s what I was getting but not quite what I got

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand how disappointing it can feel when the fare you initially select changes during processing. Airline pricing is controlled in real time by the carriers, and fares can fluctuate quickly depending on availability. While we always aim to secure the lowest fare available, final ticketing is subject to airline confirmation, which may result in adjustments.
In your case, the original fare was no longer available, and our team worked to secure the next best discounted option, which remained competitive compared to booking directly with the airline.
We are also delighted to hear that Scott provided excellent support during your interaction. Our team takes pride in delivering attentive and professional service, even when fare changes occur.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve transparency and ensure our customers feel supported at every step of their journey.
