Duke Christopher went out of his way to…
Duke Christopher went out of his way to make sure we were able to get our tickets to Myrtle Beach. My card just kept acting up and he was so patient with me, walking me through all the steps as I am not good with booking these things. He was able to get things moving and through for us to be on our way to a great vacation. I recommend Flight for all they are very helpful.

We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced while searching for flights on FlightForAll.com. We understand how frustrating it can be when the fare you initially see is no longer available, and we regret that this situation left you feeling misled.
Airline fares are highly dynamic and governed by multiple factors such as seat availability, demand, and real-time updates from the carriers. This means that prices can change rapidly, sometimes within minutes, and seats at lower fares may sell out quickly. While we strive to display the most accurate and up-to-date information, occasional discrepancies can occur due to the speed at which airlines update their inventory.
In such cases, our team’s responsibility is to offer the best available alternative in terms of price and schedule, while giving customers the option to accept or decline the offer. We regret that this time the experience did not align with your expectations, and we will be reviewing this matter internally to ensure our communication is clearer and more supportive in the future.
Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We remain committed to providing transparent, customer-focused service and hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

Duke Christopher is a horrible agent
Duke Christopher is a horrible agent. He helped me make the reservation and informed me I had a 24-hour free cancellation policy. The next day, the same flight was posted at a lower rate. I contacted him and he told me that he couldn’t honor the lower rate. I asked him to cancel my reservation and he argued with me for 30 minutes. Instead of helping me, he kept arguing why I wanted to cancel. He kept saying I should contact the other airlines and I would not get a lower rate than what I have. I called within the 24 hour window. Instead of being polite and helping me cancel, he kept arguing. I told him I only wanted to cancel and if he wouldn’t help me I would like to talk to another agent who could help me. Again he kept arguing and said in order for me to cancel, I would need to send an email. This is so ridiculous. I never met someone in customer service who was so argumentative and refused to help. I hung up and called again and got the same person. I asked to talk to someone else and he refused. I will never do business with this company again. Extremely poor service, argumentative and rude.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are truly sorry to learn that your recent interaction with FlightForAll.com did not meet the standards of service we promise our customers. Your feedback is invaluable, and we deeply regret that you felt unsupported and unheard during a situation that should have been handled with care and professionalism.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to face challenges when trying to cancel within the 24-hour window, especially when price differences added to your concerns. What you describe—extended arguments instead of assistance, lack of courtesy, and refusal to escalate your request—is not reflective of the service culture we strive to uphold. Every customer deserves respect, clarity, and prompt resolution, and we sincerely apologize that this was not your experience.
Please know that we are reviewing this matter internally to ensure corrective steps are taken. Your comments will be addressed with the team to reinforce the importance of empathy, efficiency, and respect in every customer interaction.
We value your trust and regret that we fell short this time. While we cannot undo your experience, we assure you that your feedback will help us improve and prevent similar situations in the future.
