This is the absolute worst company that goes out of its way to protect the vendors who sell Fake products in their indian website .
I was was fooled not once but three times by them . 1) when i bought a timex watch which failed exactly 1 month after the warranty period was over. i took it to a watch repairer . he immiediately told its a fake timex we replaced the battery and it still did not work.
2) The second time i bought a bata sandal which failed in 25 days .
3) The third time i bought a HP pen drive 1 year back at 30 % less price from them. it did not work. the print the product packaging and everything screamed that its a fake product. I asked for a refund since i knew that if i asked for a replacement i would again get a fake product. Flipkart made a notification in the website that they had come and nobody was present. A second attempt was made and again no one was present. The truth was that i was home and no one had come. This faltu e-commerce website strategy is simple , place the products at 10% low price than amazon. give fake or faltu or used mobiles or other stuff to the poor customer. Un fortunately , for them i took my buisness permanently to their biggest rival . i have spent more than 2 lakhs on a**zon and will frequently go to them for their service.
Shape up flipkart if you are reading this.... stop protecting fake product vendors. protect your customers instead.

Absolute third class service, support and delivery...
My prepaid order for wet grinder is not delivered even after a week of arrival in mumbai..
Every day we get message - item is out for delivery.. we keep waiting whole day...
Evening again message - delivery rescheduled...
Support team can not answer anything
Just keep waiting endlessly

These days flipkart became worst. I ordered a atomberg bldc fan on 12 th of March, after a wait of almost 10 days it was cancelled by flipkart citing no valid reasons. Again I ordered a different model of same make on 22nd, it was also cancelled without a reason. I want to keep away from flipkart for their attitude towards customers. Very very bad experience.

I bought a product and it was defective and it was also old (sold as new) as the newly downloaded product app already had a previous owner. On phone they tried to troubleshoot and it did not resolve. On flipkart website, it is showing that 'Return Policy is valid till 29th" and today is 23rd. I received the product yesterday, 22nd and now they are saying they will not allow return but only replace or repair, that also I have to take the stuff to a nearby service centre. Its unethical that they are selling damaged, refurbished product as new and refusing return. Will uninstall the flipkart app now as I had done for more than 7 years.

I wish there was a option for 0 stars, I placed an order on 9th March, it was still not shipped from then till 22nd I was fine, I just asked them to cancel and they said it's not possible, but the order was never shipped. These people will just make you go around and around instead of refunding your money, just boycott flipkart India.

Third class..donkeys sitting there.. CEO should stop this business and start begging with a bowl on roads and earn money rather then fooling people.. I never received a product on time or never took a return on time. Their logistics partner is WORST..VERY RUDE BEHAVIOUR WHEN CALLED.. NEVER PURCHASE PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART. CUSTOMER CARE ALWAYS SAYS SORRY WITH THEIR STANDRAD PARROT TYPE REPLY.. delivery date and return date changes at the last.mlment and today they told that my parcel is untraceable..then told that my parcel is my city hub which is 5 kms from.home and they need 4 more days to deliver.

Flipkart cod having fake service, i order 8 quantity of products and i receive wrong product ,there ie no return option on app,i have image of courier person he also know

I am a frequent traveller and buy a lot of items during my travels. The Flipcart is one of the most unreliable online platform I had badly experienced during my India travels recently. I ordered 6-7 items all together and received few items on time. But they did mot deliver 2 items. I received the message that these items were out for delivery with their delivery persons cell phone number. Then I called the person he promised to deliver the item in the evening (by 8.00 pm) on 14 March. I requested him that I will depart from New Delhi hotel (The Venice Hotel) on 16th. He said don't worry. I waited until 9.00 pm and called again. He did not receive my 20 attempts of call but finally received 21 attempts call. But he responded me with such a bad words which I can not even write here. He looked drunk and even was not able to speak continuously. Then I called Flipcart's customer service rep. (Jyoti) and explained all. She understood the issue and committed to deliver the items by 11.00 pm. I waited until 11.00 but received the message that it will be delivered on 15 th March. I reminded the customer service again but did not receive these items until my departure. They apologize and I requested to refund due to their delivery failure. Just now they sent an email (19th Match) saying that it was not timely delicered due to bad weather condition on 14th March, which is NOT true because I was in the same area and the weather was just fine. I am still struggling for refund of IRs. 2000+ amount. I have all screenshots that tells all stories. I can also post all proof that I can share for other customer's benefit.
I requested many times to refund, but they have NOT refunded me yet (28 March). So sad and unfortunate I ever experienced.

One should never order anything from Flipkart. When placing an order, a customer invariably checks the delivery date; they know exactly when to expect their delivery. I placed an order on March 15th, and the system indicated a delivery date of March 18th. However, yesterday—March 18th—the order was not delivered. I subsequently received a message from their own system stating that the delivery would take place tomorrow—March 19th—meaning today. I am still waiting. I have sent messages and made calls to customer care, but no one is willing to take responsibility or explain what went wrong, why it happened, or whether the order will actually arrive today. All they say is that they will "make an attempt tomorrow" or that it "will arrive tomorrow." In all likelihood, tomorrow I will receive yet another message saying that my order won't arrive on Thursday, but on Friday instead. They have caused me nothing but frustration. These people are completely unprofessional.

Poor product quality

I ordered a mobile and it stopped working after 3 days... when I contacted flipkart they said technician will visit and confirm about defective product then we will get refund but many times we called no proper response..they just tell for 24 hrs.we waited waited and made many complaint but to no avail

I purchased washing machine sold by Consulting Rooms Private Limited.The machine arrived and company partner technician was going to install next day.
The technician arrived started installation the machine was not showing power he removed top casing and informed me machine had been mishandled in transport. Inside machine power cables had become dissconected the detergent draw was broken and a electrical device had broken from fixing. He reconnected electrical wires and managed to start machine the drum.was making a dreadful rubbing noise. He informed me machine had to be returned to flipkart. He took photographys and filled the returns request explaining problems. Over the next two days flipkart asked for more photographs a couple of calls being told dont worry everything is in process. Then a message appeared on my log "request rejected doorstep inspection". I have a machine that I have never used basicly scrap. Disgusting company Flipkart and it's sellers. Customers have no rights when they have taken your money qurantees warranty are worthless. Traders are actually using Flipkart to dispose damaged out of date and unsellable stock knowing customers can not reach our to them as Flipkart rejects all returns. You risk your money everytime you purchase from Flipkart be smart learn from my misfortune it's not just lose of the purchase money it also tension and stress and the fact you know your have been cheated by these thieves

This is a very bad company. Even the customer care service is not proper. You don’t even have the basic sense to send a product correctly. I ordered a combo offer, but I received only the keyboard and mouse. The other 3 items are missing. When I requested a return, you mentioned 5 products in the return request, so the return was rejected and my refund is not being processed. Why are you doing this? Please give me a proper reason for this. Otherwise, I will be forced to take legal action.”

Worst experience. From now on, I will never buy anything from your app again. Your service is very poor and the experience was terrible. Even after placing a return, no one is picking it up, and the payment has also not been refunded.

This is so Frustrating that I online purchase vivo v70 mobile and made the payment as well, but did not get any update till yet for my mobile, it hasn't been delivered yet, it was showing that I'll get the mobile by 13th March, but still no update in tracking and when I tried to contact they always say you will get it by today but nobody is delivering till yet.... This is not the professional behaviour.... You people are doing scams or what.... I never recommend anybody to buy anything from Flipkart. At least an update I'm expecting from your side.

Do not buy from this company they sell cheap vey low quality products and their service is terrible. They do not replace the damaged products either and then refuse to refund you the money on the wrong goods delivered. The online support are rude. If your in India do not support this company they are terrible and scammers charging a lot of money for very cheap rubbish products…!!!

Had ordered New Balance shoes from them. Realised its a fake the first time and asked for a replacement and then the second time as well these guys have sent a fake product (Imagine both the logos being different)

Flipkart is a scamming money taking ignorant supplier that cares nothing about the customer. How do you sell somebody something and then turn around and don’t give them any tracking information secondly, you overcharged them twice. The second charge is almost half the price of the first charge you explain all of this to the rep that you’re working with and he don’t wanna understand what he did but he very well knows don’t buy from this company. it’s a scam and don’t care. Nothing about nobody.

I would have not a rated a star also for them because their customer Service I didn't receive spoken with Vivek who informing his supervisor or a manager and I have spoken with Ayesha but they are not in useful at all I didn't receive my order tell it has been prepared because they are not offering any COD so I was force to pay amount before I order and I have lost my money now it shows only application it's delivered but I didn't receive I have deleted their its not useful at all I don't recommend the other people to use them because they are not safe I don't help you
