Flipkart just lost a customer because of the schemes done by Jeeves extended warranty. Jeeves is a big bogus subsidiary run by Flipkart to make a fool out of people.

I had a bad experience with Flipkart. I had placed an order for Hermann Hesse's The Last Summer. In the picture, the cover had English title. But when the book came, it was in German. I requested an exchange. There was some communication on WhatsApp. However, soon after the WhatsApp message said - 'problem resolved. The return/exchange has been cancelled.' It hadn't been.
None came to pick up the book. Therefore, I didn't get cashback or some other book.

Every time wrong used old and defective product and after that also writing email to CEO but no one care and even the escalation team also repeating the tat which we can see in the application also. Very worst experience with Flipkart. My order was marked “Out for Delivery” on March 1 and I waited the entire day, but the delivery person never came. Now it is March 6 and the order is still not delivered, the status was simply changed to “delivery rescheduled.” This is extremely irresponsible and careless service. Flipkart is wasting customers’ time. Very disappointing delivery management. I will think twice before ordering from Flipkart again.
Cancelled without reason
Supposed to receive the items today and meanwhile received a message saying all items cancelled without mentioning the reason. Pathetic.

First, they delivered a product that was completely different from what was shown in the pictures—it’s a total scam. But the nightmare really began when I tried to contact their customer support. They have absolutely no sense of how to talk to a customer. Their executives are ill-mannered, unprofessional, and seem trained specifically to harass and irritate (Harassment) people.
I have spent hours on calls, repeating my story over and over again, only to be met with arrogance and zero solutions. This constant back-and-forth and mental torture has literally made me fall sick. It feels like they are intentionally trying to break the customer’s spirit so they stop asking for their rightful refund or replacement.
Flipkart is no longer a reliable marketplace; it’s a platform for mental harassment. Save your money, your time, and most importantly, your health. Do not buy anything from here! I will be taking this matter to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) if this isn't resolved immediately."

I am extremely disappointed with the kind of service I have received from Flipkart.
Your delivery partner’s behavior is completely unprofessional. Whenever I try to contact them, they disconnect the call without even listening properly. This is highly unacceptable.
Your customer service is equally pathetic. There is no proper response when trying to reach customer care. The app only provides an automatic chat system where customers cannot properly explain their issue. Even when connected to a live agent, they provide incomplete information and abruptly end the chat without resolving the concern.
This kind of service is not expected from a company like Flipkart. Neither your delivery partner nor your customer support team is able to provide proper assistance. It feels like customers are left helpless after placing an order.
I request immediate action on this issue and a proper resolution without further delay.

If there were an option to give -5 stars, I would definitely choose that. My experience with Flipkart has been extremely disappointing. I raised an issue with my order 40 days ago, and it is still unresolved. The customer care team calls me every day, but each time they repeat the same response without providing any real solution. My name is Vishnu Choudhary. I ordered a realme 13 Pro+ 5G (Monet Gold, 512 GB) on 26 December 2025 (Order No. OD436359487326049100). Unfortunately, I received a defective product and raised a complaint immediately after delivery on 29 December 2025.
Since then, I have been continuously receiving messages regarding a technician visit; however, no technician has visited my location till date. Although I receive calls from your team confirming the visit, it has never actually taken place.
As per13 February 2026 telephonic conversation, your customer care executive acknowledged that the technician visit should be arranged by Flipkart and it is mentioned in the return policy as well. However, as Flipkart has failed to provide a technician for almost two months, I am now being forced to visit the brand service centre and seek third-party solutions. I was also advised to try resolving the issue on my own, which is unacceptable. You may verify this from the call recordings. Yesterday again I got a call and she forced me to go to brand store. She denied to give number of senior or email ID for further assistance.
From December to February, no appropriate or effective solution has been provided, which has caused immense frustration and inconvenience. I request you to please resolve this matter at the earliest by providing a proper technician visit or a refund as per your policy. And if you don’t have technician please arrange the pickup and refund the amount as earliest.
All relevant proofs have been attached with this email for your reference.
I look forward to an immediate and satisfactory resolution.
