Thanks for your review. We provided 4 weeks of free storage as part of your order, and we didn’t receive any contact regarding concerns about the product at the time.
Had you reached out sooner, we may have been able to help, but as it’s now four months since delivery, we're unable to take any further action.

Chris from sales was brilliant!
Chris from sales was absolutely brilliant, from the initial inquiry to making the final payment. He was very patient in answering my many, many queries and regularly checked in at every step of the process. He also gave great insights and advice on what accessories (i.e. door bars) would go best with our choice of flooring. Fantastic experience overall!

Very happy with my order 👍🏽
My recent purchase of engineered wood flooring from Flooring365 was an great experience, made particularly pleasant by their outstanding customer service. I was assisted by a salesperson named Lily, who truly made life easier. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, patiently guiding me through the process. Lily took my order with meticulous care and she clearly explained the delivery timeline. Her friendly, professional, and no-pressure approach made me feel confident in my decision. Thanks to her expertise and the quality of the product itself, I am thoroughly happy with both my beautiful new floors and the seamless service Flooring365 provided.
