The website was easy to navigate and products very competively priced, ordered several samples which were delivered extremely quickly. Placed the order and Danielle promptly followed this up to arrange a convenient delivery date explaining fully what to expect on delivery day and also recommended a more suitable underlay for the flooring ordered. In addition Danielle agreed to store the order for a few weeks which was very helpful. Great service from receiving the samples to confirmation of the order, very professional, thank you. The only negative was the delivery charges which I didn't anticipate on a fairly sizeable order but product discount made up for this.

This is the second order for me
This is the second order for me. The first order was very professional and the product was outstanding, everyone comments on my new floor, so i decided to put down the same flooring in my bedroom.
Customer service is also first rate unlike another company I'm dealing with to do with blinds directly.
Highly recommend this company.
