Flooring 365 we're fantastic. Their website is easy to use and very simply laid out so could be followed. Their checkout service was smooth and no hi-cups. Their customer service is spot on and they call you after to secure a delivery date and location with you and read the detail of delivery. Big kudos to Danielle for being attentive and calling me.

Ordered 40sqm of oak flooring last night.

Customer service was very good but I ordered some laminate, was all booked for delivery through them then she called me back to apologise as they didn't have the stock - it was discontinued.
Lady was very apologetic but the company need to update their stock online before customers are left disappointed.
