Application qui ne fonctionne pas... on ne peut pas laisser de message... 3 jours et les documents fournis sont tjs en attente de validation! Il ne se passe absolument rien! Très déçue. On ne sait même pas si nos documents sont en sécurité!!!

It was a pleasure to see how well the team worked together. The positive energy really made my first shift a much better experience. They create positive working environment and made me feel welcomed throughout my shift.

The shift was okay. Care home staff were supportive

The staff of are quite lovely. They work very hard to meet the needs of their employees. There is a good liaison between Florence and most of the care homes they work with. Infact, Florence is very supportive to people everyone who is seeking to get onboard with them.

My first shift experience with Florence was great I worked with a reliable team at ferrylee home care. The induction training was helpful and great

It took me time to become a member of the Florence team but it was worth every single wait. The verification process was thoroughly done and I did my first shift which was very good. Good job guy.

System was simple and easy to use and communication has been amazing if I had any issues if they weren’t answered the day I asked I would receive a response very early the next day

They have good supportive staffs who are accommodating and friendly.

It was a wonderful experience starting from the app that checked me in on resumption, tbe people i worked with treated me as if I am a regular staff.
The app and reminder messages and invites on app and email was awesome. I am proud to be part of this great company.

Really disappointed with them.
They are fast to call you for shift and happy whenever you accept the shifts they call you for.

They are quite cold if you have a problem. Also there is no way to contact your manager directly.
If you cancel a shift your performance drops too which is not fair but I assume this is how they assure you are not going to cancel anymore shifts because performance drops hurts the most.

Anyway,I was unable to make it to a shift that I booked awhile ago for today because it was during the storm today,I contacted them and they just told me to cancel it if I can’t make it. I did and my score dropped almost immediately.
It was quite of a bad storm and they have no understanding for this type of situations.

Is a shame. All they care is about their reputation and that is the only thing.

It’s lovely joining the winning team ,all my call,text,Email during my onboarding process was soft due to great customer service assistant ,job description always on point ,payment method 5 star and to crown it all u can have instant pay once your shift is approved by the home ,they promise money back on dbs and trainings ,once I get that ,I am coming back to give 1000/100 star and,thanks Florence kudos to great teams working behind the stage to make life easy for staff
