Do not purchase from this company the goods are terrible! Customer service absolutely shocking

FRAUDULENT COMPANY.
Stay well clear, product did arrive but the quality was the worse i have ever seen distinctly different to that in the photos.
I returned the items and requested a refund, however i have been told items not received.
Local trading standards have been contacted.

They say that my order was delivered of which it hasn't been delivered and you can't get in contact with them as it say emails undeliverable to there Email address

Total scam company.
From the moment i bought the shirts I received an email saying
1.Order ready to be shipped.
2. 2 days later, no raw materials trying to source in Vietnam.
3. Order shipped, it then sat and hasn't moved from an airport for a week.
4. Today I received a new tracking info saying Order waiting at post office for last 7 days, I go to post office and no order.

They are just lying pieces of garbage.

They are a total scam. Do not go near them.

I recommend to anyone who cares about their money, not to approach this company. The pictures they show look good but what comes in the delivery - trash can. Ridiculous product return policy. In short, I was wrong once and it will never happen again.

Bought through OneGentle which is same company as Flydik. They sent the wrong item and refused to refund unless I returned the item at my own expense, despite this being their mistake. Illegal under UK trading requirements I believe. Don't buy from them.

My experience with Flydik has been extremely disappointing. The clothing received bears no resemblance to the photographs on the website. Furthermore, the sizes are completely wrong, with garments labeled as XXL when they should be a size M. The quality of the material is the worst I have ever seen, akin to the 2-for-1 euro clothing you find at flea markets. I am deeply angered and feel scammed. To make matters worse, part of my order won't arrive for another two weeks, making it impossible to request a refund, as the company's policy states that returns are not accepted after 45 days from the purchase date. In summary, Flydik is a group of scammers who deceive their customers with low-quality products and unfair return policies. My order number is RFA00127497

First the good thing, at least it's not a fake shop, they actually ship something.

I risked it and ordered from them. The contacted me because of delayed delivery. It arrived after 22 days, which is ok. But...
One item is missing, instead they sent a completly different product. The others are the correct items, but size, quality and color are not as in the picture/description. All just really thin, synthethic fabrics, weird fitting, other color tones.

Before you consider ordering here, you WILL be disappointed. The pictures are not the same as the product delivered. It's extremely pricey for stuff from China and quality is horrible.

Lets see what happens and if they refund me and pay shipping costs for return. If not, I will hope Paypal can sort this out.

They send the wrong products and make you pay for the shipping+taxes.
Also the jacket they send was just a hollow shell of what was shown on their website. Also some sweaters what were beyond terrible just looked like a fake print of what they shown on their website.

Placed an order from Flydik and they sent the wrong item. We asked for either the refund or the correct item to be sent and we'd happily send the incorrect item back at their expense since it was their mistake. They refuse to give us a refund and are extremely unhelpful. They said if we want a refund, we need to pay for shipping and customs back to China. Absolutely horrible customer service. Stay away from this scam website. I am not the only one as seen by other reviews at Quora.
