AVOID!! Total scam. They send out stuff that is different from the photos and it's impossible to return or get a refund.

This place is a total scam do not order anything from this website unless you have money to just throw away because that's all you will be doing thier website is totally bogus don't fall for the trap.

Regretted after reading reviews but in my case it was different. Quality not bad , delivery time was actually good.

Sizes aren’t true for some items. But overall a quick and easy shopping experience for the items you already know

Ordered 10 items all size medium, when they arrived they were more like extra extra small to extra extra large, poor quality they took about six weeks to arrive. I tried to return them back to China at the cost of £40 and they got rejected by customs and are currently on their way back to me so I’ve spent over £100 on clothes. I’ve spent £40 trying to return them and I still have a load of clothes that don’t fit me.
Avoid like plague!!!!!

This company is bullshit. I ordered 4 shirts, and they sent me 4 of the WRONG shirts. When I let them know, they offered me a $21 discount for future orders (I had paid $86). When I complained, they said that if I sent the items back, they could refund me, but I would have to pay for the return shipping (which they would not reimburse). Upon further complaint, they said we are sorry, but we can only offer the original offer. What a joke. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

ZERO stars!!! Complete scam!!! The product received was NOT what was pictured on their website. And customer service? Forget it, non responsive and make you jump through hoops.

Orderded 4 shirts, quality of one was so bad i threw it out, they were meant to be XL sizes bit one was at least XXXL . they offered a part refund or i could return it to China which is about $40postage. I just want what i paid for. Site is in US dollars too which i didnt relise until i checked my bank so it was 50%dearer.. do your self a favour and buy local

Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolute thieves. Ordered 5 shirts. Took two weeks to arrive and were not what I ordered. Tags said xl and fit like medium. Not the same shirts I ordered. Their website phone number just disconnects automatically when you call. Fought and got a refund through PayPal but they drug their feet every step of the way. Total scam artists selling counterfeit junk.

This is not a company you want to buy from. Big scam.

Das größte Problem vorneweg. Einer meiner Artikel wurde falsch geliefert. Auf Anfrage sollte ich erst ein Photo machen um dann aus 2 Optionen zu wählen. Statt der bezahlten 22 Dollar wollte man mir 10 als Gutschein geben und ich darf den falschen Artikel behalten oder 10 zurück überweisen und ich darf den falschen behalten. Das wollte ich nicht, woraufhin ich den Artikel auf meine Kosten zurück senden sollte um eventuell, wenn der Artikel ohne Mängel ist mein Geld zurück bekomme. ( der Artikel hatte bereits Mängel als er ankam. Ich habe 5 Artikel bestellt, die vom Material her als eher Minderwertig zu betrachten sind. Gut der Preis ist niedrig, aber trotz alledem sollte das nicht so sichtbar sein.

Ted look is nothing more than thieves that will take your money and not send a product then make up bs excuses until you either forget about it or just quit trying to get your money back. Do not order from them. 2 months and no product received.

Ordered 5 shirts, took almost 6 weeks to arrive after they said 7-14 days. Sizes were not even close. I paid to return them and they even went as far as to say they will refund my account and emailed saying that the credit will appear in 24 hours. Well 5 days later, still nothing. I asked them about it and they said that they will not be crediting my account. So they kept the shirts and my money. Run away as fast as you can. Buyer beware.

I waited nearly two months for my order to arrive, only to receive the wrong sizes. When I contacted them about exchanging the items, they told me I’d have to pay out of pocket to ship everything back to China—from Canada! I spent $100 USD, and they offered me a pathetic $14 refund.

I asked to simply exchange the shirts, and they wanted to charge me again. The customer service is a joke, and the entire experience feels like a scam.

Save your money. Avoid TedLook at all costs.

Very poor quality from what is advertised. Order 5 tee shirts and all the sizing is different. Cheap knock offs. Never buying from this site again.

Saw them on Instagram and thought they looked dodgy but for the price I gave it a go. Bought 4 vests, they took 2 weeks to arrive (from the US) and they're great! Decent quality and good fit. Just about to order some more.
