I purchased the Traditional Shaving Soap Bar with Sandalwood 90g by Folk Soap, as the previously purchased same product was running low. The product that arrived was called ‘two-edged sword Owsin Glyndwr traditional shaving soap 100ml in a tin’. I called the company immediately as I believed they’d sent the wrong product to be told it was exactly the same product but had been rebranded (it didn’t smell of sandalwood). On reviewing the ingredients from website and back of soap I’d been sent) they were not the same and the new product did not contain sandalwood oil. The company refunded me promptly but said they would update their website, which they haven’t - which is why I have added a review to ensure no one else experiences this. Pringle & Fairweather sell a great all natural sandalwood shaving soap that contains sandalwood oil and smells like this product used to.

Bought the Bay Rum soap and as soon as I unwrapped it, the smell was fantastic. It looks an artisan soap. I get dry skin and I find most shower gels irritating. This soap lathers really well and is very moisturising. It makes a shower really enjoyable!

Very satisfied with the order been using them for few months now really nice balms with lasting fragrance. The shampoo are nice but don't forget to order the conditioner as it gives that better looking hair.

Good product, far more affordable solid shampoo bars than other places and made in lovely Wales. Really pleased to have found this company! Soaps arrived quickly and well packaged, will definitely buy again.

Found these guys in Swansea market. Was recommend to try their goat milk soap. I suffer with dermatitis on my hands and I'm very sensitive to soap and shampoo usually irritates it.

Both the soap and shampoo are amazing! The soap lather generated is impressive. My hair has never been cleaner. My skin feels super moisturised. The dermatitis on my hands has completely gone for the first time in about 15 years.

After a significant health issue that I recovered from, I started looking at using more natural products for personal hygiene.
