Afterpay purchase on a pair of shoes
Afterpay purchase on a pair of shoes. I have waited past the advised 5-7 working days, also taking into consideration the Christmas peak. Spoke to a representative on the phone yesterday to provide me with an update on my order status. This has stayed the same for a week, was then told to call the next day and an investigation would take place. Called today, to be then told another 5 days to investigate. A refund can only be made after the first or second day of Purchase. Really disappointed and won't purchase online again because of this.
Could one enlightened me with some information regarding this, if they've had a similar experience before, and what was the outcome if so?

Do not buy from here! I bought a pair of Nike Women’s Air Max Plus sneakers, which turned out to be a half size too small. They are brand new in their original condition, however I threw out the box thinking they were the correct size. Footlocker won’t accept a return simply because I don’t have the box, so I have lost AUD $250. Never again purchasing from this store.
Foot Locker is the place for Nike TNs and Air Max
Foot Locker is easily the best store when it comes to picking up Nike TNs (Tuned 1/Air Max Plus) and Air Max in general. The selection is always strong, their shipping is prompt, and the in store staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the whole experience smooth.
One thing that could be improved is the website. During major drops the site can struggle with the amount of foot traffic and sometimes crashes, which makes it tough to secure pairs. It would also be great if the upcoming release calendar was brought back, even just with rough estimates instead of exact dates. That would make it much easier to plan and save up for the pairs I want.
Overall though, Foot Locker is still my go to for Nike TNs and Air Max.

I would not recommend purchasing from Footlocker AU. My personal details and purchase order were sent to a completely different state, address, and person.
What makes the situation worse is that, despite contacting them via email and phone, I have received no response for over a week regarding a return or refund. Footlocker has taken no responsibility and instead requires the items to be sent back to their facility for a refund. There is no option for them to correct their error and resend the order.
This is a clear breach of confidentiality and a reflection of very poor customer service.

Bought a few items online in one purchase, foot locker sent the wrong item, which was cheaper then the one I bought, I’ve submitted a complain but went travel abroad for a month, because of this went over their 28-day return policy, instead of making up for their mistakes and send me the item I actually bought they said I had to return the wrong item first PHYSICALLY in their store, which they had none near me, they wouldn’t accept me to post it nor bear the costs,
Paid for, expectant & now disappointed …
Paid for and place an order for 2 x pairs of sale items shoes and 1 x pair of socks. Both pairs of shoes on sale got cancelled after making the transaction a couple days later. I'd avoid shopping with them online particularly when it comes to promotions with sale stock items as they don't keep accurate stock levels on their online shop. I got my pair of socks tho!

Have been waiting a month for a refund on shoes simply purchased in the wrong size. Have commenced lodgement of complaint with Fair Trading. Shocking and surprising customer relations from such a well known shoe brand as Footlocker. Will never spend another cent with them and will never recommend the brand to others.

Place a click & collect order. Didn't collect by the pick up date & was told a refund would be issued within 2 weeks. It's now over +2 months since the pick up date and still no refund. Chased up 5 times via email with customer service, called once, left negative feedback regarding the issue and have lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Absolutely terrible experience and would never shop there again.

My son bought some Jordan shoes with his Christmas money that were 50% discounted during Boxing Day sales. He was over the moon! Sales rep said they had to get delivered to home as no stock at local store but stock elsewhere.
Didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks and eventually rang Footlocker to be told no stock was left.
So he’s missed out on buying shoes elsewhere during the sales, missed out on that model shoe (discontinued) and best we are offered is a refund back at the store.
Would be nice to have some (even the smallest) type of discount / credit to show some form of customer care to my son for the false hope / wasted time.

I bought a pair of adistar cushion shoes I ordered men's shoes as I have wider feet n Ive had a fabulous pair of Adidas bounce for years and these shoes were recommended when I went searching
omg 20 mins was all I could handle so painful zero cushioning the most flimsy thin insoles imaginable absolutely zero comfort size is a touch smaller to my originals !!

My son purchased a $250 pair of Tns from the Chermside Footlocker while we were on holidays. 12 days after his purchase his shoes were falling apart at the top of the toes. After tones of stuffing me around despite me having receipt in hand and explaining I live no where near a store all I was told was they could only facilitate an exchange (which is all he wants) in store. So we are stuck with brand new faulty shoes and will have to take them to Mister Minit to pay to be repaired despite it being a manufacturers fault. Stores are an absolute joke. Definitely won't be purchasing anything through them again.
Atrocious "customer service" - go elsewhere
Atrocious "customer service" - first at the Pacific Fair store and then via the online team. Provided a gift card as the only resolution for a faulty pair of shoes, despite requesting a refund, which I'm unable to use as the shoes I need to replace haven't been back in stock since September and Footlocker are unable to provide an ETA of when they will be. When I requested to cash out my gift card since it was essentially useless (so I could purchase the shoes direct from the manufacturer), the store advised their systems are unable to and to contact the online team. The online team referred me back in store. When I asked for the matter to be escalated, the agent had a power trip and refused. This isn't a reasonable solution under Australian Consumer Law and your various teams' refusal to resolve the issue is unacceptable.

Agent confirmed not yet shipped and advised it will be shipped from Chadstone store in 2-3 days......"Due to system restrictions" we can't change OR cancel your order, it will be shipped in 2-3 days and then you can return for size"
So....
order not shipped yet from interstate (as not available in my state) have to wait for it to ship and be delivered (approx. 5-7days), then I have to contact them to organise exchange....if the style or size is even available any more...........then return ....approx. 3 days, await shipping of replacement .....approx.3 days..... then transit approx.3 days..... right.

2. 28 Dec - Not shipped yet
3. 28 Dec - Call customer service. Advised Cannot change or cancel.
4. Asked for escalation to manager... Denied! And apparently "they will tell me the same"
5. Asked again......as I now wish to make a formal complaint .... was told I have to make an APPOINTMENT to make a formal complaint!!???
Laughable is an absolute understatement!!!

One of the biggest brand businesses and they are so tunnel visioned, staff clearly cannot or are not permitted to consider helping customers, can't think to use a telephone to contact their stores, or ask me for a request in writing, and make the change of size BEFORE it's shipped!!?? To save them and a customer from a ridiculously unnecessary process.
Never again! I would rather pay more elsewhere with actual customer service that will actually try to help, than deal with non existent customer service.

*update.......within 2hrs I received email saying they could not supply my order 'out of stock' and are sending a refund..........apparently they can sell what they don't have and cancel the order themselves......got it!
