Michael and Will installed my washing machine today. They also called me before they arrived which made things alot easier. They knew what they were doing and were very helpful with everything, and did a good job explaining everything to me.

Replacement washing machine
I have been renting from Forbes for many years. My washing machine needed replacing and having spoken to service department, a date was agreed for installation. Luke and Joe rang as agreed 1 hour before their ETA. They took old machine out and replaced with new machine. Made sure it was working. Can't praise them enough. Great service all round.

Great service from Ricky and Adam.
Ricky and Adam were really helpful. They called me 30 minutes before arrival, delivered the appliance exactly where I wanted it and took all the packaging etc away. Great service.

What more could be said
Ricky and Adam arrived promptly, fitted both the dishwasher and the washing machine with ease. (Also the use of hubbys small hands lol). Both were very polite and they did what they needed to do. From Delivery and fitting, to checking everything worked as it should before they left, a job well done. Thank you (One word of caution though to both Ricky and Adam, Please remember to check inside the dishwasher for instructions before turning it on). Haha

Shane and Woody were prompt, polite and friendly. They explained how to use the machine, explained what to do if there is a problem and the benefits of recommending to family and friends. It was an excellent delivery and fitting of my new machine. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
