I sent a pair of shoes back to them 3 weeks ago as one of the soles was black and the other sole was beige I've sent txts emails and tried to phone them I even sent the shoes by recorded delivery and have had no reply think the best solution is to go citizens advice as this is ridiculous

This company is definitely a scam! I have placed my order on the 10/10/23 and nothing has arrived! I want a refund as it's obviously that the shoes will never arrive! No reply after contacting them! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have ordered shoes of them on the 12th November 2023, still no sign of them and no answer or reply from them. Very stressed as I need them for my wedding dress fitting

Site frauduleux qui n'hésite pas à procéder au prélèvement mais n'effectue pas les remboursements en cas de commande non reçue ! J'ai payé via Klarna avec une carte virtuelle et ça traîne en longueur !!!! Fuyez avant de vous faire voler votre argent ! Les chaussures sont belles en photos mais impossible de savoir comment elles sont en vraies ! Plus de 2 mois que je patiente pour avoir des nouvelles du service client. Les seuls mails auquel j'ai eu droit on été pour valider mon inscription et pour me dire que ma commande étaient bien passée et par conséquent le paiement validé. Pour les réclamations vous pouvez vous les mettre dans l'os ils font les morts. Et ne comptez pas sur leurs soit disant téléphone de contact, on obtient pas plus de réponse que par mail. LE NÉANT !
Forbidden Heels si vous prenez connaissance de ce message remboursez moi, Klarna est informé de votre façon de faire et si vous ne réagissez pas ce sera la justice qui finira pas l'être également !!!!

Really poor customer service . No response for email and text . Waiting for my exchange more than 21 days now . Will not order again.

I ordered two pairs of shoes for my wedding got sent one pair quick enough even though I had to chase it up. The 2nd pair I had to wait months when they didn't come it wasn't even what I ordered. When I message her I never get a reply.

first had to chase the order, then when eventually arrived, they had the buckle missing and i needed to return for full refund, sent back 4th february on a first class next day signed for, these were signed for by the company. it is now 9th march and i am still waiting on a refund, have text but no reply, phoned no reply, totally discussed at how i have been treated and if i do not get the refund within the next week i will take this company to a small claims court. i would not recommend this company as there is no customer service what so ever.

Paid for shoes was promised 21 days and still not have recieved anything! Wouldnt trust at all. SCAM

Ordered some shoes from there a few weeks back for an upcoming holiday, ordered some made to order shoes by accident that wouldnt of arrived beforehand. After sending a message to the customer service number given. Steph sent me a few suggestions of shoes they had in stock and I received them the following day. High quality shoes with great customer service 😊

I ordered several pairs of shoes around mid November 2022. Money went straight out of my account. I used their on line contact form asking them to please notify me when the items had been dispatched. There has been no response. Website states to allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery. Its only been just over 4 weeks but I'm fearing my shoes will never arrive as there is no communication or updates. Am worried I have lost all my money!

bought some lovely heels for my prom. They were delayed slightly but that wasn’t an issue as i had ordered them well in advanced. Great customer service, very friendly!!

Awful service. Ordered shoes for a wedding in June ( wedding Sept). After numerous emails, texts, messages I still have not had a single reply. I am so disappointed, finally thought I had found the perfect shop for small ladies shoes. I am worried that I am being scammed!

Ordered shoes on Thursday night and were delivered Monday. Great communication too which is a rare commodity with online shopping. The personal touch was great, will definitely buy again.

Shoes are good, however they never reply to any messages to your enquiries when the order is late. Ordered shoes 30th May, which stated 21 days until received, yet still waiting and no-one responds to their contact messages. So frustrating!

I received my made to order white bobby shoes , they were a bit of a wait due to covid postage shortages but it was worth he wait ..these shoes are absolutely beautiful and very well made and fit so beautifully, I also have these shoes in the red and they are beautiful, thank you again forbidden heels 👠 ❤️Xx
