Their customer service is amazing, I'll get a reply very quickly the same day. They won't like me for saying this but even at odd times of the weekend I've had almost immediate responses, amazing.

I searched the internet for for insurance for my particular needs and the type of flying I was intending to do, but the insurance companies out there were crazy prices for what I needed really, But then I came across (FPV UK The drone Association) so I sent a message, the next day I had a reply explaining everything I needed and more that I was surprised I was getting if i joined and became a member, when I told my friend, he didn’t hesitate to investigate , and when he realised everything I told him, he signed up there and then, I shan’t say what it cost or what you’ll get if you sign up, check it out for yourself, you won’t regret it. Trust me.

Easy to navigate web site and excellent prompt back up support as required.
All round it met everything I could want as a novice flyer.

I have been a member of FpvUK for some years now. I just like the way it works, the automation of the renewal, the dealing with the CAA a totally frictionless membership that in my opinion gives a lot more than it costs. You can't say that in many places these days. The other benefit of course is Simon Dale, always there to champion the drone flier.

A very competent, efficient, and professional organisation to be a member of. You get recreational, and commercial insurance amongst many other benefits. A few to mention, like a membership card, insurance certificate, merchandise, and the use of Article 16. To mention also, Simon Dale is very approachable, friendly, informative, and easy to communicate with. 😊👍

Joining this organization is highly recommended for model aircraft and drone enthusiasts. By becoming a member, you ensure compliance with all legal regulations. As a member for several years and a former aviation engineer and pilot, I have personally recommended this organization to multiple individuals. The membership includes insurance coverage, making it a wise choice for anyone in the hobby.

I raised a query via the 'contact us' on the website which was very impressively answered within a couple minutes.
Their follow up was equally as impressive, again withing a few minutes with Simon sorting everything without the need to ask further questions.
If only every business was run like this!

FPVUK is a very useful organisation and group to be a member of. Loads of info, resources, merchandise and good community backing. There is also other flying benefits when abiding by their proposed guide and membership regulations, and membership goodies and affiliated discounts.
I have already signed up to continue my membership now that my first year has finished.

I've been a member of FPV UK for a while now and anytime I've had any questions or queries. They have been extremely quick with helping out and getting back to me.

My son got his Flyer ID and wanted his own account and insurance policy so he could buy one of their plastic cards with his details printed on it. FPV UK provides an under-18 membership which is perfect for him and that's very smartly linked to my account!

Between us we have ordered all the relevant plastic cards with our Flyer ID's, Operator ID's, A2 certifications and insurance details so we can keep them in the card wallet with the drone.

The service from a FOV UK is top shelf with that finishing touch added from the products they sell in their online store! 👍🏼👍🏼

Have trusted Simon and his team for several years now and 100% trusted.

I chose FPVUK and subscribed a number of years ago and benefit from both the insurance coverage they provide which is excellent value and the extremely efficient automatic process of annual renewal they operate which helps ensure that I as a recreational UAV flyer do not forget to renew with the CAA.
I have had reason to communicate with them on a number of occasions and they have always responded very quickly, usually the same day with information that I required.
Luckily for me I have had no reason to claim on the insurance policy and long may that continue but I am sure that if I had to make a claim it would be dealt with in the same efficient, satisfactory and timely manner as I have experienced so far in my dealings with them.
