Callum East was extremely efficient in a) understanding what we were looking for, b) promtly (within a day) setting up 5 viewings for next day, and c) helping us negotiate with the company we finally agreed to relocate to. We got similarly positive feedback about FreeOfficeFinder and Callum from the companies that we visited. Well done!

Fast, reliable and friendly

William Simons was a great help in us finding a head office shared working space for our small charity, which meant cost was even more important! There were so many to chose from he help narrow them down and sorting the viewings was not too difficult. WE will soon be moving in and cant wait. Thank you.

Will Muncey was extremely helpful. We were desperate for a short let private office space in Birmingham on a very limited budget. Spent a couple of weeks ringing and emailing around trying to find somewhere. I can't even remember the moment we found or connected with Free Office Finder but as soon as we did, we were breathing a sigh of relief as a list of possible spaces within our budget was sent to us within hours, and two viewings booked by the end of the day. Both were great and we went with one of them who have been incredibly accommodating, flexible and kind to us... and we moved in by the end of the week! In fact, I'm typing this from our brand new office :-D. Thank you Will!

Amazing help from Will I recommend the service

We recently secured an office space through FreeOfficeFinder, and the experience has been nothing short of outstanding. From start to finish, the process was smooth and well-organized. Special thanks to William Simons, who was instrumental throughout the entire process. He handled everything with great skill, guiding us step by step and ensuring all details were covered. His professionalism and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience much easier.

I highly recommend FreeOfficeFinder for anyone seeking office space. Their service is top-notch, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks again, William and the team!

We delt with Will Muncey and had exceptional service right from initial enquiry though to securing the office. He had the exact vibe we were after, lined up a day of viewings as soon as we were in the area and has been so easy to contact throughout the process. Would highly recommend. Thanks Will!

Will Muncey was brilliant. I got the space I needed in the first viewing. Many thanks

FreeOfficeFinder was such a useful tool to find a suitable space. Callum was excellent - he listened to our needs and requirements and quickly got us a shortlist of suitable offices to take a look at. We're beyond excited to move in. Thank you Callum!

Will Muncey was on the case. He was extremely responsive and proactive. I couldn't fault his work in any way.

Having to move offices can be incredibly frustrating and time consuming, fortunately we had Will helping us and he had everything sorted so quickly with no hassle at all. Thanks.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Will Muncey who couldn't have been more helpful. From start to finish, Will took time to understand my requirements and was extremely helpful in setting up multiple office viewings. I wouldn't hesitate to use FOF again or recommend them to others.

Would definitely recommend using this company if you don't have much time to source office locations yourself. They are very well organised and arranged multiple viewings in a row for us and in a good order. William and Fi were really helpful and quick with their communication.

Will was absolutely fantastic in helping us find our new office space; he ensured that all of the offices we viewed were aligned with our requirements, and he stayed in regular contact. Highly recommend.

I recently used Free Office Finder to source office space in central London. Will was brilliant throughout the process- efficient and helpful, checking in regularly with me and during negotiations on our preferred space. We successfully found an office that we are really happy with, and would certainly recommend Will and the company to others in the future.

Will was great at getting me a space with my budget quickly and went out of his way to chase all the details until I was in and settled.

William was great, very personable, communative and very helpful. Delivered a great outcome, top stuff

Absolutely great service, from the beginning to the end Will has been very helpful throughout the process.

We had an office Flood event so needed to house our staff at short notice, the service provided was professional, responsive and transparent. We went to them on the Tuesday and had an office seen and executed contract by the following Monday, having been shown the available market and had 8 site visits arranged for us at short notice. This was to accommodate 40+ staff.

William and his colleagues were great value and patient in helping us find what we needed. Good communication and suggestions of locations etc All in all a very good service that we'd use again and again as needed
