I had items to return. French Toast was able to donate uniforms to children in need. They could have requested that the items be returned, but instead, they chose to support families. This act of generosity demonstrates their commitment to helping children and families in the community.

I googled uniforms for toddlers and this fake site came up. I proceeded to place an order when I submitted the order it took forever for the card to go through so I clicked off..... this is a scam website make sure you're at their real website!!!

Absolutely recommend them any day of the week. Wonderful company ❤️

I made a large order for my V granddaughters uniforms. I never received the order. After several phone calls to French Toast it was discovered that the order was never shipped. They told me “as a courtesy” they would send the order. After I finally received it, half of the uniforms didn’t fit. I printed a return label and returned the items. I received an email that they received my return and I would be refunded in five business days. Three weeks later, no refund. I’m still trying to get my refund.

Update: supervisor finally got involved (after I had to send two wrong sizes back and spent hours on hold with them), admitted that it was a mistake on their part, and sent me complimentary uniform pants.
Doesn't make them a great company, but at least they tried to recover.

Their customer service is terrible, supervisors never pick up (spent half an hour waiting just to be told noone is available).
My kids' school has their uniforms as a requirement. They don't have several sizes available on their site (customer service confirmed it), offer to custom make and wait for a month and a half (school starts in two weeks) with no refunds if a mistake is made.
They have no stores to go look at things, so all you can do is order and hope it fits (their sizes aren't that accurate anyway).
Success Academy really needs to reevaluate who they use as a provider.

Extremely disappointed with my experience with French Toast.

I ordered several school uniform items, and the quality control and customer service have both been incredibly disappointing.

One sweatshirt arrived with visible white markings all over the fabric and a logo that was embroidered crooked and off-center. Another item arrived without the required school logo embroidered on it at all.

When I contacted customer service about the sweatshirt, I was told they would not replace it because the marks “should come out with washing.” I’m sorry, but if I purchase a brand-new item, I expect it to arrive looking brand new—not with visible markings that I’m expected to wash or scrub off myself.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how a company responds. Instead of taking responsibility for items that arrived with clear quality issues, I was told to fix one myself, and I’m now left dealing with multiple incorrect items.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and unfortunately, I can’t recommend ordering from French Toast based on both the quality of the products I received and the lack of accountability from customer service.

This company sucks. This is the second year I've had to order from them and the second time they have completely screwed up. Last year they lost my order, which I placed in June for an August school start and my child didn't have his uniforms for the start at his new school. This year I just placed an order for my other child and they sent it unembroidered and expect me to pay for returning the incorrect items. What gives, French Toast? Can you really not do any better than this, being the "#1 school uniform supplier"?

This company is THE WORST!!! We have to order from them for our school uniforms. I placed my order for a size Large skirt which was in our "Lower School" section and I was sent an ADULT large. I called the company for a refund and they told me the school put the adult option there and that I had to pay $8.95 return fee!!! They charge fees for ALL of their returns and told me that's how their company works. If I am being forced to order clothes from a company online that my children can not try on then I should not have to pay a million fees. And this was not even may fault!! They are so scammy and the worst!!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Ordered 4 t-shirts for our daughter’s school every single one came misprinted. When I tried to call, email, leave reviews, nobody got back with me or help me with return. I would stay away from this website

Ordered my clothes 2 weeks before my son started his new school. My son has now been in school for more than 2 weeks, and still no clothes.

Worst store in the world. Do not order.

Waited 3 weeks to get order. Received the jacket with no school logo and a very light gray sweatshirt with a white logo which was suppose to be dark blue as shows on picture on order and on website. The the refund comes and it is shorted the shipping cost of the return. I paid shipping on a return for no logo and wrong logo. How is that for customer service?

I will never order clothes from their website again! 24 days for my kids school clothes to arrive!!!!

Horrible I wish the school would think of another company when they make the mistake you have to pay for their mistakes? The ties are horrible made, pants aren’t the correct fit. They also send you whatever size they feel like knowing damn well they made a mistake on their end. Every refund you have to pay for return out of it. Make it make sense. This isn’t helping us as parents at all.

Problem 1- took several weeks to actually ship the ordered uniforms (ordered well before school started, got said uniforms after 2nd week of school was done).

Problem 2- I spent $39 to get the school emblem placed on the shirts and they simply sent me blank shirts, with no school emblem placed on them.

Problem 3 - More than a 30 minute hold time to talk to customer service. More than 280 people in the online AI chat que.

Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time with this company.

This company seemingly has a reputation for terrible customer service! The delays in shipping, long wait times on the phone, customer service chat is completely broken and they think that because they shipped your order (2½ weeks late) that you're complaint has been resolved. WRONG! We paid for expedited shipping (3-4 days), if that can't be fulfilled it shouldn't be offered and if it's not fulfilled, we as the consumer should be compensated/refunded for said shipping costs. PLEASE avoid them at all costs! Better Business Bureau will be contacted as well, there is absolutely no excuse for lack of communication, or conflict resolution!

Ordered uniforms for my three kids July 9th. School starts August 12th. No uniforms. Cannot get in contact with this company for weeks. Finally get in contact and ask where my uniforms are. They say they will escalate my order. Later that day they cancelled my order. Trash company. Tell your schools to order else where.

Horrible delays on shipping. Consistently late. By weeks.
Awful customer service. Will never be using them again.
